Description of Work: I called to ask about the sun hitting the garage door safety sensor which would prevent the door from closing. They told me how to reverse the 2 sensors to easily fix the problem myself!

Description of Work: First visit replaced garage door springs with torsion bar and spring, adjusted the torsion to meet specs with the new insulated door. Saved me money by using the old torsion bar instead of replacing it. Second visit, over a year later, installed new garage door opener. He gave me advice on what to look for in a good opener. I purchased the one I liked and he installed it for me in an hour or so. Something that would have taken me most of the day. Great service, would use him and recommend him to any one else.

Description of Work: My Garage door had problems opening and closing. I would have to get out of the car and pull it down or push it up. Too cold for that! He came out and fixed it in a short amount of time. I am very pleased. It has been working great since!

Description of Work: I was very pleased with my attention and service from Nelson Overhead. |With my busy schedule, I needed one of my two doors replaced and this done on short notice. He was very prompt with both the estimate and install-the entire process was completed in less than one week (including the ordering/shipment). In the near future, at my convenience, I plan on having my other door replaced.I know that it will be an easy process. |I am looking forward to working with them again.
