I brought my sick (non-bootable) laptop computer to Miracle Computers, and they did a quick diagnosis and advised me that my laptop had reached end-of-life and that buying a new laptop would make a lot more sense than spending a lot of money trying to resuscitate the old laptop. I subsequently ordered a laptop from the web. When it arrived, I brought both machines to Miracle Computers and they were able to turn it around that same day. (I paid a bit extra for expedited service, otherwise their turnaround would have been a couple of weeks.) They salvaged all my data, including my Firefox bookmarks and profile. I'm a very satisfied customer.

They just remove icons from the home screen. When I complained the Clerk got huffy. they did refund my fee.

I brought my computer in late in the day and was in Rochester for only one additional day and Miracle Computer was able to get the work completed by the following morning. Byron talked me through the repair, gave an estimate, and told me his hours for the following day. I received updates via text message and a phone call about the status of my repair. The work was completed for the price quoted. Byron answered numerous questions that I asked and did so in a complete and honest manner. I was very impressed with his knowledge and pleasant attitude. It is nice to do business with nice people!

The tech that I talked to even got out an old hard drive and showed me visually how they worked and what was wrong with mine. I also had questions about a new couputer and the tech person also answered all my questions about that. Since I am now in the market for a new computer I will be going back the Miracle Computer because I like the idea of buying my computer from someone who actually knows what they are doing.I have checked around and their prices are comparable to the big box stores so for me where to buy my next computer is a no brainer. An added bonus was they traded me my old Mac for the service charge

Do not try to figure out a problem on your own. I am fairly tech savvy and still wasted time trying to "fix" my computer before I took it to Miracle Computer.

A virus infected my personal laptop computer. I called Miracle Computers for an estimate and they stated 3-4 days for computer return and they would call me when it was done. I explained I needed it as soon as possible, please, but was ok with the 3-4 day return time (Couldn't afford the extra >$100+ for next day service.) After 6 days I called them to find out the status on my computer. They said it would be ready the next day, but they never called me to tell me there would be a delay. When I came in to get it, there was one person on the floor with a customer. I waited over 20 minutes for assistance just to find out there were at least two people in the back who could have taken the 3 minutes to charge me for the spyware and give me back my computer. They did get it working again and did not charge me more than the estimate. I will, however, choose a different company for computer service in the future and will not recommend them to anyone.

I called on a Tuesday, dropped it off on a Wednesday, and had it back on Friday and didn't lose any files.

They were nice and quick, I had my pc back the next day which was great. Did not like that I had to make a U turn to get into their place.

Very expensive.

After discussing my computer issue with Miracle Computers, they diagnosed it was a simple fix of needing a new plug, I told them that the laptop is my only work computer and I cannot be without it for too long because each day is a day without income for me. They told me it would be two or three days to get the part and another day to install it. After one week of no response from them I called and they said the part was on the way, another two days passed, and I called and they said it was on it's way. Finally, after more calls and no response from them (all days without income for me!) they said the part was in the store and it would be fixed the following day. I picked it up on day 18 and asked why the delay, why the lack of communication, why not return my phone calls. The man told me, "oh, there was a problem with our credit card so we couldn't get the part". They let me sit 18 days without income because THEY were having credit card problems and no one had the decency to be honest with me and let me know that there was an issue and give me the option to take the computer somewhere else. They were unapologetic.
