Did good job in getting in all the nooks and carnies and every place else. Will have them back in the future. .

I call often to report the missed areas, but things don't seem to improve. One of the cleaners even scolded me, saying my house wasn't dirty. I have 5 dogs/ cats. It's dirty.

They were able to clean our house very thoroughly from top to bottom in the scheduled time. They got areas cleaned that we were never able to clean very well on our own. Great service. Highly recommended.

While this service is a bit pricey, they did a good job overall. Occasionally there would be a person that wouldn't clean as completely as I would like, but a phone call to the office had them recleaning to my satisfaction. (BTW, I'm not all that picky.) I think I would rehire them; the price would be my only hesitation.

This is the fourth time in total we have contracted the Merry Maids and the third of our bimonthly service. They have done a great job each time. They are very honest and when by accident a scratch occurred to the paint of our shelving we received a written note, call from the manager, and offers to reimburse the cost of painting. This was a seemingly minor scratch to us but they took it very seriously which was great reassurance to us of their professionalism. Thus far, we are excited to work with them and look forward to every other Friday when they come to clean the house.

first time went great but after that it was always something not done or not done right. Very responsive but follow throough is bad. For $90.00 I got an hours worth of cleaning and constantly getting bumped because the previous took too long.

I'm still using them after all these years - need I say more?

I hired Merry Maids to perform a thorough house cleaning on my newly purchased home prior to the movers arriving. They did a nice job overall but did not clean the insides of my cabinets, closets, or fixtures per our agreement. They sent a different cleaner to finish the job the day after I alerted them to the mistake, and I am mostly satisfied with the result. There were, however, still some sticky spots on the interior sides of my kitchen cabinets that I had to scrub off myself. Having nothing to compare this experience to, and knowing that Merry Maids typically does not perform as deep a clean as I was looking for, I am willing to give them some slack. I would hire them again for recurring cleaning but would probably just clean a newly purchased home myself.

foloThis was lots of promises and very little follow through. Sevedrfal rooms: two out of eight were not cleaned at all. Windows were cleaned well but open floor areas has collected dirt and dust. It was a waste of money. The cfollow up person on the phone tried to argue about what the written contract actually said.

I took before and after photos, from a dark and grimy ceiling to a shiny clean one. Since the house is being rehabbed many people are in and out -- each one commenting on the difference. How satisfying.

Estimate was done quickly and service scheduled within a few days. Staff arrived promptly and did a very nice job. Very pleasant and professional. They are a little pricey.

Great! They get on their hands and knees to clean the wood floors and vacuum the top of the kitchen cabinets. They are on time, consistent and always request feedback after each cleaning. They call us each time to let us know that they are coming.

They always call each time in advance to let me know when they are coming. Arrive on time and do a very nice job. They let me know what they have done. They did break a picture frame and took it to have it replaced. Are very friendly and are very concerned that they do the cleaning like I want done.
