 + 0 moreGreat! The work was done in a couple of hours for one fourth of the price of the manufacturer's replacement kit. That included his crew's labor. I have been a satisfied Little Bob customer since 1989. In addition to the excellent work he has done on my cars, he is a trustworthy resource for ancillary automotive matters. I have even taken a trailer with a bent yoke to Bob. He referred me to someone who he knew could fix it as well as he could for less money. I will definitely continue to take my Jeep to Bob for any future repairs.
Description of Work: Bob replaced the latch on the back gate of my 1997 Jeep Cherokee Sport.

Description of Work: Bob was very relaxed, informative, and easy to work with. Provided a fair estimate for repair services for my vehicle which had sustained damage after I was rear-ended by another car. Bob took care of taking photos and e-mailing the insurance company with the information. He provided me a general idea of the process for submitting the claim to the insurance, the timeline for repairs, etc.

Description of Work: I have used Little Bobs several times. each time the work was indestinuishable from a factory-delivered automobile. He uses the book and follows prices as defined here. Fron end I hit a traffic wand and dented the hood and grill. Repaired beautifully.
