1) One of the guys sent would often accidentally do my neighbors house even though my house has HUGE numbers above my garage door. 2) The plowed past the snow stakes halfway into the lawn. 3) After the above two incidents I requested the owner himself do it which he did. 4) *After* we had a big storm the owner doubled the normal price without having let the customer know the price would change for big storm. Then when I told him I'm paying the regular price because that's what was agreed on he called me an A hole and quit. 5) Overall bad communication - slow response times and the current owner (Randy) plans on selling this business so maybe the next owner will know what they're doing. (Currently Feb 2023)

This client refused to pay for huge storm and no matter what i did it was never right. constantly complaining. I'm too old to put up with one bad client when i have 130 clients who have nothing but praise for my services. We do our best to please all clients and address all problems immediately but there are some people you cant please no matter how hard you try so you have to cut them loose to find another company they can torment.

I am sorry you feel that way. We strive to do a great job with all our clients and sometimes we fall short of there expectations. My workers are mostly part time and don't make enough as i do plowing snow to pay the bills and finding any good and responsible help is my main goal lately along with paying them the highest wage in the industry.

It did not go at all.
Description of Work: Contacted Randy two weeks ago for snow removal for the winter. He said they had some slots left, took addresses for my two driveways and said he would get back to me. Never called back. I called him today and he said they were not taking any new customers. I reminded him what he said when I talked to him before and he said "you got lost in the shuffle".

I am so sorry for not getting back to you. I am getting older and sometimes forget to call people back and get very busy but we now have a foreman who has taken over that end of things so people dont get lost in the shuffle anymore.

Required many phone calls and much coaching to mow on schedule, within reason depending on the weather. Used several different mowers leaving paths around the yard and a very choppy appearance. Rarely mowed and trimmed adequately or consistently. Did not maintain entire yard leading to overgrowth and weeds. Did not follow through with additional services requested and/or paid for. Owner rarely returned phone calls leaving resolution to an ever changing crew. Left gloves and gas cans in the yard, forgotten in the rush to complete the job as quickly as possible.
