Description of Work: Project: Re-grout two separate bath shower stalls and tile floors. Problems returning phone calls, sometimes days until calls returned. He arrived when scheduled, but work completed was poor (grout flaked off everywhere). After numerous phone calls (again), he returned to fix it. Seemed to remedy the problem at first, but again, 1 month later, grout began to fall away in big chunks. Phone calls again were not returned. We gave up. On a positive note, they did clean up after themselves, but that was not much consolation :(
