Description of Work: Drew up plans for our deck and provided materials for us to do ourselves. Very helpful with the many questions we had. Delivered materials more than once and were always on time. Very professional and I would work with them again.

+ -1 moreIt went good. They gave me a recommendation for an installer and he was very good. We were extremely happy with the installation. Kruse ordered the window we wanted and we got it on time. Their pricing was a little bit higher than some other estimates we got, but it was not the same window so it is hard to say. I think their pricing was good and the window quality was excellent. Their punctuality was perfect.
Description of Work: I bought a window from Kruse Lumber.

+ 0 moreWell, we didn't measure quite right, despite Travis from Kruse asking us multiple times about this. It was ok in the end, but took our handyman/carpenter's skills. Also the door jams ordered with the door were not deep enough, but once informed, Kruse ordered those promptly and did not charge for them. I have a feeling those were also our fault. The door price was competitive and it's a good quality door.
Description of Work: We replaced our patio door with a door from Kruse. We ordered thru them, but we did the installation.
