Mitchell was professional and courteous. He explained the work he would do, and the charges that would be incurred. He saved us money by explaining that a problem we had was due to "operator error" instead of fixing something that didn't need to be fixed!

After being ghosted by an electrician we had used before, friends recommended Kruger Electric. We were not disappointed. Kruger was responsive, from the moment we made our appointment through their confirmation and then letting us know Kevin was on his way, we never had to wonder whether someone was going to show up. Kevin assessed the services we requested, did a quick "examination" of the house, and then provided three options from which to choose. He was upfront about costs -- no hidden fees or surprises. Kevin did excellent work, quickly and thoroughly, and went above and beyond (with little things like swapping out a light bulb in the garage so we can actually see in there now). We are just beyond satisfied with the whole experience and would wholeheartedly endorse and recommend Kruger (and Kevin) to anyone.

We have worked with Kevin before on the electrical requirements for two projects in our home previously - an addition and basement finishing. So he was the first we called for when we needed to setup the electrical work for our outdoor spa. He returned my call quickly and was able to come out and give an estimate for the work. Once we gave him the go ahead to do the work - we got the work scheduled. It was a juggling act to get concrete, Spa and electrical work coordinated as needed -- and Kevin was flexible and accommodating to our uncertain schedule due to the coordination. He was able to work us in to his very busy schedule. This was a several hour job as they had to dig a ditch to lay the conduit, run the line, connect the tub and then the indoor work for the switch. He ensured good communication and gave us good recommendations on how we should setup everything outside. Great small businessman to work with - we would highly recommend him and would use his service in the future.
