They have always been very polite and they came whenever I needed them. One time my furnace broke down and they told me that if I would've called during business hours that I would've been covered under my warranty and I appreciated that.

Completed work professionally, timely, and with high quality asking appropriate questions during the process. Love working with Bryan, Jesse, Tony, and the entire crew (I can't remember the electrician's name...). Top notch crew who does top notch work. Would highly recommend!

It went very well. They discussed thoroughly the pros and cons of upgrading our system that we had because we could have replaced it with a base model just like the insurance company would do and we went to a high efficiency zone level heater, air conditioner and they gave us some really good feedback or good advice on why that would be a good choice and answered all our questions about it. I would use them again.

The upstairs was very warm in the summer so we looked into how to get more cooling there. Our house was a new spec built house, with a basic furnace and a single zone. K and S suggested a 2 zone for temperature control and that was the answer for keeping the upstairs cool in summer. We also decided to upgrade our furnace at the same time. The installers did a great job. We are very glad that we upgraded the furnace. When we get out RPU statement, it shows that we use less energy than our energy efficient neighbors!

Since they had done previous work for us, I called their sales representative, Bob, and scheduled an appointment for the following week. He arrived quite promptly and looked over the site conditions including the desired routing of piping. The install was scheduled for the following Monday. The crew arrived at the appointed time and brought their and quot;shop on wheelsand quot; with all supplies that might be needed for the installation. They worked through the noon hour and had heat running by early afternoon. All went well, they replaced some of my old ductwork as part of the install at the quoted price. A new filter housing and programmable thermostat completed the job. The crew of 2 along with their electrician performed like a choreographed stage show. I chose the top of the line 97% modulating furnace with variable capacity and electronic controlled blower fan motor to achieve low operating costs. When necessary, I can replace my old A/C unit with a new unit that takes advantage of the blower fan efficiency for cooling as well. The new furnace blower runs continuously using about 100 watts of electricity. This evens out the heat in all areas of the house. When heat is needed, the unit slowly ramps up the speed as required and is hardly noticeable. My wife is even impressed! I'm not sure how much we will actually save because of the current low natural gas prices, but we certainly are happy with the performance of the new furnace.

They are reliable, come when we call and do a good service. They have been pretty good to us. We haven't had any problems with the air-conditioner since they cleaned it. The price was competitive.

Everything was great. They diagnosed and repaired the problem very quickly, and they cleaned up after themselves.

We have had good luck with them in the past. They show up when they are scheduled to. Their estimates are usually right on. I don't have any complaints about them. They clean up after themselves.

If they have to do any repairs I only have to pay for the labor. I feel comfortable using them, they are friendly, answer all my questions and they always call to remind me when it is time for the next check up.

They always do a good job and also repair my system if work is needed. I will use them again in the future.

Bryan Hanson came out to provide us with an estimate for replacing our furnaces. He spent a lot of time providing information and options. He completed the quote and delivered it to us while at our home so we didn't have to wait. K and S installed 2 high efficiency Lennox furnaces and a new furnace mounted humidifier in our home. They also cleaned our ductwork and replaced all of our thermostats and a zone damper motor. The installers took great care to cover the floor and keep everything in our home clean while they removed the old furnaces. The work was done on time and the installers were all very friendly and professional. They provided a great deal of helpful information. There was a problem with the circuit board of the new humidifier being defective, but they ordered a replacement and installed it at a later date. They also helped us with various rebate submissions. After the install and once we were actively using the new furnaces, and because we have multiple heating zones in our home, we had to figure out how to set the thermostats and fan controls for optimum performance and Bryan Hanson came out to consult with us at no additional charge. K and S met and exceeded my expectations in service and quality of work.

Went great. Performed services requested. Pointed out one filter that needed replacing in the humidifier attachment and asked if I wanted it replaced. Polite, courteous and answered all my questions directly. Would definitely use them again.

Old equipment removal and new equipment installation went very well. I did have a problem with the AC condenser 11 months after installion and they did the warranty work with no issues.

I work in a commercial setting. I used K and S for everything for heating, air conditioning, and even electrical work. They were good up until the point that I needed them to work on a water heater. They did everything from installing a new gas line to putting in a new gas valve, then a new ignition module, then a new vent fan and motor. The last person who finally fixed it found a loose ground wire. When I spoke with the service manager about the cost and the "throwing of parts" into my water heater, he did take off the cost of one of the parts, but still charged me labor for that part and I still had to pay for the rest of the unnecessary parts and labor.

Our carbon monoxide detector started going off shortly before 3:00 am so my husband called the gas company. They came out and shut our furnace down, stating that it was shot and we needed to have a new one installed. I called Kand S around 6:00am and explained the situation. I was able to speak with a furnace salesman at that time and we went over my options for a new furnace. They had a crew at our house by 7:15am and our new furnace was installed and running by early afternoon. Everyone we dealt with starting with the service department, salesmen and installers were very professional and did a great job explaining everything to us. We have been using Kand S every since for all our our home improvements and will continue to do so.

I was able to take advantage of a rebate program that allowed me to make energy efficient improvements in my home. I was persuaded by the loan officer to see if I can't get some heating and A/C work done, too. Kand S was recommended through Angie's List. They came out, sold me the equipment that was right for me. They never pressured me to choose the most expensive option. They presented the facts in plain English, including how much I would pay out of pocket and when the rebates would roll in. The work crew was great. They were on-time, professional and quick. Everything got done in one day. I can't speak for the A/C yet because it's still too cold to use, but the furnace and water heater operate like clockwork. Their office staff even set up all the paperwork needed for taxes. I would highly recommend them and hire them in the future if need be.

I have used this company for furnace and air conditioner repairs. They have been polite and respectful of my home. They have been professional in taking the time to explain what was needed to be done and why. They seem to respect that I am the homeowner, not my significant other, and I haven't experienced the "if I'm cute she won't care what I do" disrepect that I've had from some other contractors. I don't know how they compare price-wise but I haven't found thier prices to be out-of-line and will continue to use them. It's their gain as I will most likey have to replace my furnace in a few years.

The crews were fantastic. They sent in a team of electricians, vent cleaners, and furnace installers that all worked well together and were well coordinated. They were very receptive to changes such as relocating the thermostat and rerouting a gas line to our gas fireplace. They completed the work quickly and cleaned up their mess when they were done. They made sure all the equipment was working well and that we understood how to operate the equipment.

Great! Service man was great. Arrived on time and was efficient with work. We have had Kand S here for plumbing problems, heating and AC problems and they are the best. One time we had a guy out to give us an estimate for a new AC. We couldn't make up our minds. He looked at our old one and did a quick seasonal maintenance task which improved our AC enough to get through one of the hottest Independence Day holidays. We still needed to update the AC and the character of the sales rep was so impressive and appreciated asked them to complete the job. We have been super pleased with every service the company has given us since. We have a 60 yr old house that always seems to need something.
