+ -1 moreWe ended up suring this contractor and during the law suit found out they had no insurance to cover the damages to our home, and had no personal assets we could attach. We ended up dismissing the lawsuit and spending the money out of our own pocket to fix our home and be able to live in our home.
Description of Work: Hired this company to insulate a 1946 built house. They put the foam insulation in and it would not dry and continued to give off high levels of formmaldehyde gas into our house and living space. we ended up havine to hire a environmental engineer to tell us what was wrong and how to solve the problem. we could not live in our house for months. we had to hire another contractor to do a formaldehyde (foam insulation) abatement and hire another contractor to reinsulate the home with formaldehyde free fiberglass insulation.
