Assessed the situation carefully, and figured out how to route heavy 6G wire from my basement breaker box to my garage on the other end of my house with minimal disruption of walls/ceilings. The work was done quickly and exactly as promised. They did the work while I was gone, and locked the house up when they were done. The price was exactly what we agreed to. I was very pleased with the overall service. Would definitely use them again!

 + -1 moreI called Hicks Electric and they said they could come the next day at about noon. (I told them it was not an emergency). They called several times to update me on the time the repair man would arrive as he was having some problems with the job he was on. He arrived about 12:15, took off his shoes at the door, and proceeded to replace the switch. The work was done quickly and professionally.
Description of Work: I had a three way switch in the hall that was crackling when turned on or off. It needed to be replaced.
