I called on June 17th of last year to have someone come out to look at and measure the windows that needed to be replaced.. Made an appointment for June 17th. He didn't arrive. I called and he came the next day.
Then I waited, and waited, and waited. Finally, in September I called and asked when my windows would be installed. He had forgotten to place the order! He subsequently did and I waited and waited and waited.
I called again in October and was told that the windows would be replaced in November. It snowed - no windows and no calls of explanation.
I called in March of this year and was told that I was on the schedule - and then nothing. I called last week and was told that the windows would be installed on Thursday or Friday of this week. I knew that my husband had a doctor's appointment on Thursday so asked if someone would call and let me know what the schedule was. No one called and I answered the door still in my pajamas! I am not a happy camper.
The young men that installed the windows were great and they did a great job.
