It was done in a couple of days after calling and the time in the house was just a couple of hours. The carpets are clean and the drying time was minimal.

They were excellent. The price was reasonable. They were professional. They came when they said they were going to come. They called me back when they said they were going to give me a quote. They were everything what I wanted from a responsible company.

They are very good. I have been very pleased with their work on my carpet.

A gentleman came out and cleaned the carpets in the family room, basement and two stairways. It took a while for him to get it done. He was diligent and went over some tough spots multiple times but there were some spots that were not removed. The overall job was not as clean as it could be.

Two servicemen returned the large carpet and positioned it carefully in the living room. It looked just fine. Then one of the servicemen measured the other rugs and the stairways, and told me that the total for everything would be $403.00. When I questioned the total and mentioned the phone estimate, the serviceman claimed that the rate would be higher on the home cleaned rug. When I pressed, he lowered the total price to $303.00, an amount that I finally agreed to pay. The quality of the cleaning was quite satisfactory. I did not appreciate the attempt to raise the total charge after arriving at my house. The phone estimate was the least of the four phone estimates that I had gotten. It sounded too good and apparently, it was. Though the final bill was close to the phone estimate, it was annoying that the serviceman tried to raise the fees and that I needed to argue with him. I won't be using Hauser Chem Dry again.

Went very well, I didn't have to do anything. He explained the process and first gave me an estimate after measuring, so I knew exactly how much it would cost. I was very impressed. I now use them seasonally to keep the carpets clean.

One man worked by himself and it took approximately 6 hours to complete the job. The service was good and the carpet was completely dry within 12 hours. I would recommend them and I will use this company again in the future.

I have had very bad experiences with other companies the last few years. I was told about this company from a client of ours who had a great experience with them. I now will always refer these guys to my real estate clients and family. No one does a better job, period. They only charge you for the actual square footage that they clean. No pressure for spot cleaning or additional protector products. Very professional workers, not some college kids.
