+ -1 moreThey showed up on time and only took an hour to clean all my carpet. Most stains were removed but it didn't do well on pet stains. There was still pet odor, which is probably due to stains getting into the pad, but I was surprised that there were also still visible pet stains since I expected those to be removed (they did come out with my SpotBot).
Description of Work: Cleaned all carpet in the house (3 bedrooms, living room, hallway and stairs)

+ 0 moreThoroughly satisfied with the quality and efficiency of work. All of the carpeting looked amazing when Brad and his colleague were done. The carpeting in the hallway dried within about 8 hours (it was actually a very humid day, so I thought this was pretty fast), and the indoor carpeting dried within about 4-5 hours. Brad was professional, courteous, and efficient. Go Green is also very affordable and, obviously, somewhat environmentally friendly.
Description of Work: Residential cleaning job: Main hallway consisting of 36 carpeted steps (18 each side, front/rear entry), a 4' x 12' landing, and a 3' x 8' rug; individual condominium carpeting consisting of two rooms (approx. 12' x 12' and 15' x 15' each), four rugs, and grout cleaning in bathroom (approx. 8' x 4'). Brad took all of the rugs with him to his shop for cleaning; returned them three days later.
