+ -1 moreThe 2 gentlemen were very professional, polite, and upbeat. 1 of them rewired all the systems--removing a # of cords/wires that were no longer needed and cleaning up everything else very neatly. The other got my new BluRay player hooked up, including to the web--and reviewed how it all worked and made sure I understood. I felt this service was well worth the money and was very impressed with gentlemen and their work.
Description of Work: They came to troubleshoot some connectivity issues I had with the wiring of my TV, new BluRay player, and my Bose system.

+ -1 moreI had bought the camera from them. They said they would have it for me within a week. But it wasn't able to be fixed, so they replaced it. So I got a brand new camera. It was awesome. I had bought the extended warranty on it when I purchased it, so for four years, they will fix or replace anything at no cost to me. It was super simple and they were very good with everything. I paid $100 for the extended warranty, and it was really worth it, because it was a $600 camera.
Description of Work: My camera got thrown at a party by a kid. I couldn't turn it off.
