Frank was absolutely wonderful. Down to earth, easy to speak with. Great price and recommendations. Fantastic finished job. Quality is excellent and very professional. Would hire again in a heartbeat.

Can't say enough good things about Frank's work! I am a property investment consultant from out of town and had agreed to take on a project in Rochester which needed to have mold remediation, electrical, plumbing, floor refinishing and painting completed within two weeks from closing to move in. Finding a paint contractor to take the job on was a huge challenge - after reaching out to multiple companies, I was able to get in contact with Frank. The job had to be timed on a very precise schedule, which he was able and willing to accommodate. The house is a 2800 SF home that needed full interior painting, plus ceiling paint in some rooms. Most were not comfortable with the timeline, or having to paint their way around electricians who would be working at the same time. I had another painter tell me that even with a crew, it could not be done. Frank and his guys managed to make it happen, not only on time, but a day earlier than expected. The price was right as well - I had one other painter who was willing to come out and give me a quote, and he could not beat the price to include the specialty SW Harmony paint we wanted, or the timeline it needed to be done in, which required a crew. Frank was patient with me while I took up until the last day to select the paint colors, which had to be the perfect shades of white for my client, and he worked with me to decide how to paint a room with strange ceiling angles that I was quite confused on. He was 100% correct - it looks amazing. Also hIs crew has a great attitude and were happy to work with me and other contractors constantly getting in their way! With all of the rushing and working around electricians and painting ceilings, Frank and his crew managed to not leave any paint spots on the white wood floors, which had been refinished just the week before. He also agreed to last minute take on a plaster repair when an electrician had to unexpectedly cut into a wall to move an outlet. Plaster repair is not easy to hide, and I was expecting to be able to see some outline of where the outlet once was. He managed to repair it perfectly - you would never know it was there - That is when I knew I would be hiring him again! Before he was done with the paint work, I decided to hire him to pressure wash and stain the wood fence that had never been properly sealed. He picked a color that would match the antique front door, and again, it looks perfect. I have already signed up with Frank to do the work on the upcoming basement project for the home and some window treatments. Looking forward to working with him again soon!

Frank was able to come over for an estimate the same night. He even sent us pictures, which was very helpful since we live out of state.

Frank may be a good painter, I don't know. I wrote a polite message asking him to take a look at a deck project because he was Angies-listed under deck maintenance. The project would have required stripping the peeling paint, which admittedly is difficult. His reply was curt, "stripping paint off a deck isn't something I do." Nothing else. Maybe he isn't much at customer communication, maybe he was offended by my request to prep the deck before painting, or maybe he was as rude as he seemed. Maybe he will be angry that I posted this, but I'm not doing it as revenge. I merely wanted to review that I wouldn't bother to hire or interview a business who communicates in such a way. Some other painters replied politely and thanked me for considering them.

Frank is the best!

We started with the entryway (two storey), and I was so pleased, we just kept going! if he had any questions when I wasn't there, he would text or call me. He is very easy going and at the same time responsible and completely trustworthy. I've already started lining things up for this winter to do more!

We have been wanting to paint the trim of our house white for several years now, but were stymied by the price and initial quotes. Once we contacted Frank's Painting for a quote, he gave us a very reasonable estimate and quick turnaround on the projected date. We could not be happier with the result! This was a huge project, given the amount of trim and window framing on our two-story house, plus the separate deck project. Frank and his workers were professional, courteous and timely. They worked hard through several unfortunately downpours and extreme humidity. We have also used Frank's painting for several inside paint jobs, and are planning on having him take on some more projects shortly (dining room, mudroom, etc.) Highly recommend!

The crew of 4, including the owner showed up on time and were very professional and efficient. The exercised care not to spill or paint areas that shouldn't be painted. The cleaned up after the job and re-attached all electrical covers. The also helped with replacing ceiling lights. I would definitely use the service again.

The home I purchased had been a rental for 6+ years, so the walls had minor dings that needed filling/repair, the ceilings were dingy (including the recessed light housings) and the walls were coated with cheap/ugly paint. Frank coordinated his calendar with mine and started painting the very day of closing, despite the fact it was the holiday weekend! The team prepped the house by hanging plastic, taping woodwork and setting up the scaffolding in short order. By the end of Day 1, all of the ceilings, including the 20' vaulted living room ceiling and the recessed light housings and the walk-in closets, were fresh sparkling white!! The team completed painting the walls in the promised time frame, and in just over 3 days, my home looked brand new! Frank and his team were attentive and professional. They took great care to keep all woodwork, light fixtures and edges clean. I truly cannot say enough how wonderful the house looks now, thanks to Frank's Painting, and I highly recommend his services.

The provider showed up as scheduled with paint samples, bid the project, and completed the project promptly as described. The sign looks beautiful and we have had many positive compliments on it.

I've used Frank for a few different projects on my home and another property I own (this is my first review). I've finally found a painter that understands how important customer service is - fair pricing, extremely responsive, high quality work, job starts on time and ends on time. If you are looking for a painter you can trust that does top notch work - talk to Frank, you won't be disappointed.

I contacted Frank after finding him here on Angie's List. He got back to me the very next day and met my realtor at our home the following day to do a free in home estimate. He was on time, quick, and professional. He then emailed me a detailed quote. He answered each of my many many texts and emails in which I asked questions and asked for opinions. He adjusted his quote quite a few times when I continued to change my mind on what I wanted. After we had the plans nailed down, he met us at the house on closing day to check samples on each wall as requested by me and after my approval of colors, he got to work immediately and him and his team finished in just two days! We did a final walkthrough in which after he was assured I was fully satisfied, received payment. He was very professional the entire process and we are extremely happy!

They did a fantastic job. They actually came in under their estimate, which was a great surprise. I would use them first, for any painting needs. Frank is a great guy, and his team is very professional.

Frank and his helper did a great job. The job cost what they said it would cost (which was quite reasonable), and they did the job in a very professional manner. They showed up on time with all the materials they needed, and cleaned up very well before they left. They were very respectful of both me and my property. I have no hesitation in recommending Frank's Painting to other people! Great work at a good price -- what more can you ask?

Frank and his partner did a very nice job of painting my metal siding which was worn and showing metal. House looks great. Currently 9 months later, no issues with peeling etc. Would recommend. Small, local operation.

Frank and his team did an amazing job completing the work even earlier than expected and still within the original budget. Frank was extremely flexible in coming out to our place for the initial estimate and in arranging the work to fit our schedule. He and his team did excellent prep work including patching holes and sanding and did a truly impressive job with the paint; our place looks wonderful. Frank is also great with communication and contacted us by phone and e-mail with initial estimates, final billing, and some questions in-between.
