 + -1 moreComputer would not 'come up' - boot. He came out - arrived at the specified time - figured out the problem quickly (power settings were borked up) and fixed it. What I really liked was that he did it without 'changing' my computer - something I've had trouble with elsewhere. He also installed our (new) wireless router for us. I would definitely call again. Better - He came to the computer and I did not have to unplug it - haul it somewhere - and wait in line for a day or more to get it up and running again.

 + -1 moreFix-It Computers arrived promptly at the scheduled time and performed the repair at my house without any problems. He advised me as to what I had done wrong and pulled a wire that was causing the problem. This was the second time I had used his services, and I told him I was done with my old service guys whose performance was lacking in every way. I am using him from now on!
Description of Work: Hard drive re-wired so that computer would boot again.

 + -1 moreDo hire him, he is very professional, arrives on time. put a malware detector program on my computer, works great. He was polite and very nice
Description of Work: He came to my home and cleared all non-essential stuff off my computer, asking first what I absolutely needed. Increased the speed and was very kind and arrived on time. He is very good.
