Description of Work: Had moisture problem where it was seeping through concrete and had damaged carpets, and vinyl floors. All flooring needed to be replaced. |Over a 5 day period, due to no storage space, they moved furniture from room to room, pulled up old carpet and padding and disposed of it. Sealed floor with two coats of sealer. |Bruce and his co-workers were very professional, courteous, and made sure the process went smoothly. |

Awesome! He was prompt, professional and insightful in how to best fix the problem on my own.
Description of Work: I was concerned that I had mold in a room that we are remodeling and had called Bruce to get his opinion. He came out the next day and shared with me that it was not mold and gave me a suggestion for covering the area that i was concerned about. Very helpful and didn't charge me a dime for his time! Awesome! I will call on First General Services in the future when and if I need help with a water damage issue.
