 + -1 moreWe could not have been more satisfied. We called at the last minute after some unexpected time pressure for the home purchase and Fred was able to work us into his schedule the following morning (the Friday before a holiday weekend). The work was thorough and professional and the price was right.
Description of Work: Complete prepurchase home inspection, performed while were on site. Fred took time to point out several items, both those that needed follow up as well as examples of good quality construction.
