+ -1 moreIt is almost finished and looks wonderful. It has been fun to watch it come together. He has stayed on schedule and will finish this week. We are very pleased. He is very professional. It was fun working with him. He has lots of good ideas and is willing to work with you - scheduling, etc. When he had questions, he asked. I would hire him again in a minute.
Description of Work: Dennis tore out the ceiling in our downstairs bathroom, put up new walls, new toilet, sink, vanity, moved doorway to make room for the vanity, painted and cleaned up after himself.

+ -1 moreThe entire project went well from start to finish. As soon as I called him, he was at my house within a day or two to give me an estimate. I am still waiting for the other contractors I contacted for bids. Because some plumbing had to be moved, he was able to contact a licensed plumber to do that as well as moving some plumbing to fit the vanity in. All of this was done within a week. The only hold up was the ordering of the shower door. It was ordered from the manufacturer and had to wait on it to be installed by the glass company. The wait was not the fault of Dennis. While I was waiting for the door, I had time to have the floor tiled and grouted so that was actually a good thing. All during the project, he kept in touch with me and kept me informed of the progress. In the end, the project turned out better than I had expected and I would highly recommend him to any one who has a remodel project they want done right
Description of Work: Removed old shower and replaced it with a larger one. Removed a pedestal sink and replaced it with a vanity. Removed stool and replaced it with a new one. The old shower had begun to leak around the joints and was ruining the sheet rock. He replaced all of the damaged material and replaced with new. He had to create a larger frame for the larger shower which was installed and did a great job getting all of the surfaces paint ready.
