Degeus Tile and Granite

Degeus was very good about returning our calls and staying in contact with us while we were collecting bids. However, once we decided to go with them and we gave them a $500 deposit we never heard from then again. They told us our repair would be scheduled for September 12. It is now October 2 and still nothing. My husband has called and left messages multiple times but no one will even return our calls.

First of all they were very busy; however, as accomodating as they could be which I appreciated. We were not all that pleased with the job done by the person installing the cement board; however, the person who came to do the tile (Shane) more than made up for his predecessor. Shane was prompt, professional, friendly, and accomodating. He was very organized and tidy throughout the process. He cleaned up perfectly after his work and the tile job is beautiful!! ! He also had an assistant one of the days whose name I believe was Kurt? He was also very pleasant and courteous. All in all is was a very positive experience and I highly recommend them. My husband and I are very impressed with Shane and he represents his company well! Thank you Shane!

Excellent service and workmanship. The best thing about Degeus is their employees! The nicest and most professional people ever! They gave me the best bid and a great job! I've already recommended them to others and had them back to give an estimate on a bathroom shower.

They came and saved the day for us! They completed a nightmare project (by another contractor) in a highly professional manner and under budget. Additionally, we were left with some unsolvable problems that they able to fix without fuss. Many thanks!

The team was very professional, gave us samples in a helpful and friendly manner to help us make our decisions, were there to answer questions, bring up possible technical issues. For example, we ended up switching the countertop/floor installations to floor first, countertop last to solve a possible dishwasher height clearance problem. We were still free to purchase elsewhere, DeGeus was very flexible and willing to do a big, medium or small job, as we decided. We ended up with medium-big. The job price felt high at first, but we priced around and felt we were getting a fair deal for a particularly solid and experienced business. The actual workers were very skilled, especially in dealing with a lower standard original home floorboards which were not level (we suspected as much over the years). The job called for skill and they delivered! We are delighted, pleased and proud to recommend DeGeus to others.

It went really well. They are very positive people. They made a good bid and delivered the service. Everything was clean and efficient. It happened in a timely manner.

Work performed as expected, all pieces fit. new countertop needed sink cutout. punctual and with professionalism.

I love them 100%, and would use them for many more projects. They are extremely knowledgeable, and very prompt. They follow-up with their work, and stand by their work.

They estimated the tile incorrectly and when I asked if I could return it they said oh yes but failed to tell me that there was a restocking charge. That would not have been so bad but the girl that estimated the amount of tile told me it was better to have extra, this is also true except I had about 1/3 more tile than I needed.

They are very good. Their price was the most reasonable in the area. I recently went back to them to do some tiling work, but I haven’t made my decision yet.

IT WAS A GREAT OUTCOME. I WOULD HAVE APPRECIATED A LITTLE MORE ASSISTANCE IN THE SELECTION PHASE, BUT TURNED OUT OK. THERE WAS A LITTLE CONFUSION GETTING COORDINATED WITH THE CONTRACTOR and THE FIREPLACE SUPPLIER, BUT IT DIDN'T RESULT IN DELAYS. THE WORK IS FLAWLESS.
