CYCLONE CARPET CLEANING

I needed the carpets cleaned in a house that I purchased, primarily in my finished lower level where the previous owners had a dog. I called for quotes from numerous other local providers and Cyclone was cheapest by far - in fact, their price for the common areas in addition to the lower level was cheaper than other companies' quotes for just the lower level. To make things better, they offered a discount due to my employer. Curtis patiently answered all of my questions when I initially called (spending close to an hour with me on the phone) and was extremely flexible in accommodating my schedule. I noticed some lingering dog odors a couple of days after the carpets were cleaned, so I called Curtis and they came back for no charge and with no questions asked. It seems like customer service is dead for most companies, but not so with Cyclone Cleaners - I couldn't have been happier with the service and results!
