Custom Alarm is a family owned and operated business that has been offering security solutions since 1968. We have over 65 employees - most who have been with us for many many years, some even over 35 years. We have our own UL Listed Monitoring Response Center right in our office in Rochester, MN.

The installation, follow up and communication all went extremely well. They were punctual and responsive throughout the whole process. Probably could have gotten another system for less money, but we think it was well worth the cost to get such a professional job, plus they are local. Would highly recommend.

I would recommend them. It was not cheap, but it was certainly worth it. The alarm system is very simple to use, and we do not have any problems with it so far.

We've had an ongoing relationship for 11 years. They are very good. The system we had was already a Custom Alarms system so then we upgraded in 2010.
