+ -1 moreWe have a new construction home and our water supply is plumbed a little differently, to accommodate a fire sprinkler system. Rather than taking a "best guess", Chad, the installer, called the company that manufactures the sprinkler system, spoke with an engineer, and had them send him blue prints. So, rather than rushing, Chad took his time and did it right the first time.

+ -1 moreSet up a service appointment with Culligan. Took time off work to be home. Was here the entire time and never heard anything, but about 1.5 hrs into the appointment window, noticed a and quot;We Missed You Cardand quot; from Culligan hanging on the front door, indicating it had been there for 30 minutes. When I called the office to find out what happened, they said their service employee was there for ~5 minutes, and then left the card. I explained that I was home the entire time and never heard anyone at the door, but they insisted he was there, waited, and that we would have to reschedule. I explained that I had taken time off work for this, and it would be very difficult to reschedule, but they were unsympathetic. We have a functioning doorbell that never rang. I have dogs that go crazy when people are at the door - they never stirred. I left my phone number with company in case there were any questions, and had it with me the entire time - it never rang. Abysmal service, and won't make the mistake of using them again.
Description of Work: None - scheduled a water softener system sanitation, but the service tech essentially no-showed.
