Description of Work: Captain Clean was recommended to me by our Realtor as far superior to everyone else in town. We moved into an older house (built in 1978) in March (3100 sq. ft.) and we had them clean all of the carpet (at least 70% of the house), the air ducts (never before done), dryer exhaust and the chimney. The carpets and air ducts each took an entire day and they came back to do the chimney on a third day. Gary came out to do the work and was very friendly, personable and professional. He worked extremely hard and did a great job. The previous owners had pets, so it was nice to have all of the dirt and pet hair out of the carpet and ducts. When he was finished, the house was much cleaner. I would definitely use their services again. If you want the work done right, call Captain Clean!

Description of Work: This was the second time we used Captain Clean. He came and looked over our couches I had mentioned on the phone and provided an estimate, which was very reasonable. We had him clean one couch and all of our upstairs carpet (we only have carpet in our living room, stairs, and hallway) and apply scotchgard to the carpet. He was done in about 2 hours. | |He came back a few days later to deep clean a few stains he couldn't get out with the regular steam cleaner, and took out stains we had had for years. The deep cleaning took about 30 minutes and was only $20. He said to call him if we had simple stains like that in the future, he would come for the nominal charge.

+ -1 moreOn time for the estimate and Phil looked over everything top to bottom. When the day came for the actual work Chad and Gary called a few mintues before arriving to let me know they were on their way. They were on time which is something I'm very picky about. Both Phil and Chad answered my questions and at the end of the day the final price matched the estimate so no hidden costs involved. Cleaned up after themselves and let me borrow their ladder for some additional cleaning I wanted to do. Would definetely use Captain Clean again.
Description of Work: Air duct cleaning that had not been done before. Chad and Gary were on time, very professional, helpful and very nice gentleman. Respectful as well of my home and belongings. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of having their ducts cleaned in their home and in fact have so hopefully some more business will be coming their way. Very pleased and feel like my home is now "clean". I have vaulted and very high ceilings and could see dust hanging from the vents and all of that is gone.

+ -1 moreThey arrived on time and after putting on special footwear, proceeded to clean the living room, dining room, den and bedroom carpets. They raked out the carpets when the cleaning was complete. Their efforts were non stop from start to finish. The carpets were dry by the end of the day and looking fantastic.
Description of Work: I have used Captain Clean to clean area carpets and wall to wall carpet as well as oriental carpets. They are an exceptional company! They are prompt, clean, extremely respectful and they do a darn good job too! They have never failed to clean carpets to my satisfaction and I am very picky.

+ -1 moreCaptain Clean has been caring for my home for over 10 years. One (unfortunate) time I chose another service (enticed by a coupon) and the difference was dramatic (very poor). Captain Clean staff are very professional and considerate of my home. They are impeccable in appearance, trustworthy in character and respectable. Everything they move and put back is handled very carefully. Special attention is given to how and where things are placed. The work they do is the very best. They take their time and do an outstanding job. I've recommended Captain Clean to many, many people and find them worthy of the highest possible recommendation.
Description of Work: My carpets, as well as furniture, were cleaned and Scotch guarded.
