+ -1 moreThey were very professional. The computer was repaired/restored, including additional updates that were required (and without which, may have helped cause the computer to lock up). Their price was just a little higher compared to a competitor, but due to their location- I chose them and would return again, if needed.
Description of Work: My computer locked up after my 4 year old was found to be playing on the computer. I took the computer tower to them to Bright Eyed Computer to be repaired.

Description of Work: My desktop computer failed to turn on. Bright Eyed checked it out and told me that the power supply has failed. I didn't have it repaired because the price estimate was more than I wanted to pay ($129). I would surely recommend this company to anyone with computer problems.

+ -1 moreThe guys are very nice and contacted me to make sure I knew what was going on with my computer. My only complaint was that they said they could have it fixed in a couple of days, I ended up waiting over a week and it was part issue but it's just misleading and advertising that "We will have it back to you sooner than the other guy" I was like, "Okay" that's why I went with them. It was an expensive fix but I know with computers it's expensive, can't do anything about it. They gave me viable options, they're like, "Well, you can fix it or you're going to spend all these money when you get a new one", they were very helpful that way. I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Bright Eyed Computer fixed my computer last October.
