Brandon Henderson's Construction Plus was hired to replace our deck. Brandon was knowledgeable, responsive, and professional throughout the entire experience. We were very happy with the end result of the deck replacement (composite deck with footings). I would definitely recommend them.

Brandon Henderson’s Construction Plus LLC was hired for two jobs. The first was for replacing a window. The second was for replacing some wood along a chimney that was wet along with the siding. We approached Brandon (the owner) about this second job and asked for a quote. He said this was something he sees all the time and it would be a total of $1000 for the repairs- this was for materials and $50/hr. We agreed upon the price and entered a verbal contract for the job to be completed at the negotiated price. During the repairs, Brandon stated that we could replace the siding ourselves which would save ~$600. We agreed, then later that day received a bill for over $1600 for the job. Obviously, we were taken back by the number given our contract was for $1000 which should have covered siding as well. Given this, we approached Brandon with our concerns. 1. Our agreement and verbal contract was for $1000 2. At no point during the job were we approached and told that the bid/quote was grossly incorrect 3. That we were now expected to pay for work we didn’t consent for him to do I stated my concerns to Brandon and he stated that yes the agreed upon price was $1000. He also stated that yes, he should have approached us about the added costs. I told him my concern was that we would have never consented to giving him the job at that cost (of note, we had another contractor- my out of state father who was planning to help with he repairs. We had told Brandon this up front, but asked for a quote. After hearing the quote, we decided we would hire him as previously stated). I also stated that he should have approached us the moment he recognized his mistake and when he realized he grossly underestimated his quote/bid so we could make the decision to have him continue or do it ourselves, but he stole that decision from us and forced us to have him do the work at a much higher cost. He agreed that he stole that decision from us and that it took him longer than he estimated. After stating my concerns, I told him that I didn’t think I should have to pay for his mistakes and that he wasn’t able to get the job done in the number of hours he calculated. His response was, “but I did the work and therefore, I should get paid.” This is like taking your car to the mechanic and them coming out and saying sorry, it took us longer and we fixed something else you didn’t tell us to, but we are going to charge you for it. Needless to say, we were very displeased. He admitted he poorly communicated, but he still broke our contract and still charged us significantly more than we had agreed upon. He eventually, after 4-5 phone calls reduced the price $200, but we still paid $1450+ and the job isn’t even complete. I feel like Brandon took advantage of the situation. He underbid to get the job and then charged significantly more without notifying us first, and he broke our contract. Very poor service, very poor communication. He put us in a very time consuming and uncomfortable situation…and we still have to finish the job ourselves at an additional cost.

I was very pleased with the replacements of my windows and patio door. Brandon did a great job on the bid when explaining my model options. The installation was timely (about 6 weeks after the bidding) and the crew was good at keeping the work area clean. I really like the interior wood trim they installed. I have been extremely pleased with the Anderson window model I selected, they have performed great so far and are of a very good quality.

Brandon and his crew are incredibly professional and are meticulous in their work. They arrived early every morning, and left the house cleaner than they found it. The replacement windows were installed not only beautifully, but astonishingly quickly. They cut in for the new installation windows and did a wonderful job there, too. We were very impressed with Brandon and will not hesitate to use them again - in fact, we asked him to add on a bit of work and replace some siding that had been damaged by woodpeckers.

Went as planned. Ran into a section of rotten wood. Fixed the issues and still finished on time.

He and his crew are wonderful.His work is excellent. He is on time, cleans up meticulously everyday, he and his crew are very polite. He explained everything before he left. There were two minor adjustments and he fixed them the same day. I have already asked him to do another project.

It went great. I emailed Brandon on a Thursday and he called back in a couple hours. Made an appointment for the following Tuesday and he called to confirm Tueday afternoon. He was on time for the apt and demonstrated he knew what he was doing. He measured the new windows (I already had purchased) and checked the old windows and gave me two quotes based on the type of install he might need to do. Since this was a rental property, he knew that it needed a permit and understood what the inspector was going to check in addition to the windows and alerted me to that so I was prepared. He emailed me the quptes that evening and I hired him. He was able to plan the install two days later. He was on time for the install and did a good job. He arranged for the housing inspector to come out and arranged for the tenants to be there to let them in. He was nice and professional and knew what he was doing. I will use him again for future projects on my other rental omes.

I have used contractors for nearly 45 years, and Brandon is one if the best, is not the best. He was very easy to communicate with, as was his crew of three. The quality of the work was excellent. In summary I want to warn other home owners that if they have Brandon do work for them, they will be spoiled forever.

Brandon was a great help in the process of selecting the type of bay window and we liked the fact that he separated the price of the windows and the installation. Brandon and his crew arrived promptly at 8AM as promised. They covered the carpet and nearby furniture with drop cloths. They used a tarp on the ground outside to keep any debris out of the landscaping. They did an excellent job finishing both the interior and exterior of the window. They vacuumed and cleaned up everything before they left. We are extremely happy with the work they did and will certainly call upon Brandon for our future remodeling needs.

I replaced 17 original windows in my 74-year-old house. My experience with Brandon Henderson Construction Plus was top notch in every respect. Brandon returned my phone calls and emails in a timely manner. While planning what to do with my windows, he showed up for all the appointments on time and did an excellent job of describing what he planned to do. He also gave me a detailed written summary of what he planned to do and what it would cost. The windows and building materials arrived when he said they would. Likewise, his work team showed up when scheduled and finished the job when he said they would. They cleaned up after themselves and left the house in good condition. I had a few minor problems after the windows installation (one set of drapes not properly re-hung and one window that was stuck closed). Brandon came over a few days after I contacted him and fixed both problems without any difficulty. I was very happy with the quality of work they did and was glad I chose this company to do it.

Last year we had multiple energy efficient windows installed by Brandon and were so pleased with the work he and his crew did that we had him replace an additional window in a garage area of the house. From start to finish the execution of both jobs was flawless. Brandon measured the area, gave us an estimate, ordered the windows and installed them. Brandon was onsite at all times and participated in the instillation and directed his crew on both projects. His suggestions for the type of window needed was helpful and he listened to my concerns. The crew arrived promptly on the scheduled day and finished in the timeline that he had promised when he gave the estimate. The windows are perfect. The work area, inside the house and the exterior, was spotless when his crew left. He had his own vaccum for the house interior areas--a good thing. I would not hesitate to hire his company "Brandon Henderson Construction Plus" again.

Job looks excellent. No problems inside or outside of the house. Brandon helped us work through issues with our insurance company. Took the insurance company months to figure it out, and Brandon was patient throughout. The big windows companies in town couldn't or wouldn't (one of them declined to bid the project when they heard we were in reconciliation with our insurance company) match his price. Windows are very nice quality Revere brand. We'll use him again on our next project.

He found and repaired stuctual water damage that was not in the original estimate. Otherwise the installation would have not worked well.
