Description of Work: They sprayed inside our house for confused grain beetle and the exterior to prevent other insects. The technician treated a bee colony that had moved in under our front steps for free, which we really appreciated. | |Was a little disappointed that our initial appointment was canceled due to bad weather but were not informed of it (we called after the scheduled window expired to find out we'd been moved out a day).

They did an excellent of job of explaining what they were going to do. It was done efficiently.
Description of Work: Set up bait stations around perimeter of house, and one in attached garage. Also performed a cursory inspection of possible entry points that mice may enter our home, and gave recommendations as to how to fix those problem areas.

Great! See what did the provider do above. He did it all quickly and professionally. The time between my initial call and the end of the treatment was only about 5 hours.
Description of Work: Rid the house of a very active hornet nest between the gutter and flashing. At my request he also checked the attic adjacent to the hive to assure me that there was only one hive and it had not spread into the attic and interior spaces of the house.

It was about a week before I heard back when they were going to schedule an appt. But they were prompt for the appointment time and quick. We didn't even need to be there for it.

We called them and they came out to our house the same day to give us an estimate. We will start to use them in the future.

He is the best that we know of in this area. We use him every year. He does really good service for us. We use him quarterly in the summer and they charge $45. They are very friendly and they give us notification when they are coming.
