Description of Work: Called to get an estimate on a kitchen remodel. Scheduled a time and she was 1 hr late. While she was at the house she never offered any suggestions. She wanted me to tell her everything I wanted. I gave her an idea but was looking for her expertise. She did not seem real interested. After she left we never heard from her again. After 2 weeks I called and left a message inquiring about the estimate. I never received a call back or an estimate. She just blew me off.

Description of Work: I really liked working with Beyond Kitchens. They are very nice people and they know their business well. I think our project turned out very well. It is a very attractive kitchen and family room. I wish they could have given us a more accurate idea of what our final bill would be. It was an rude awakening when we received the final bill. It was 20% higher and that was a hard pill to swallow. |Hopefully as the years go by the quality of the project will outweigh the extra cost.
