Installed drain tile and a sump pump in my previously wet basement. I had other companies in the area provide bids but ended up with basement water control for several reasons. The first is that they are licensed contractors. This was important to me. The second was that they have been in business in the area for so many years. I think the owner said they have waterproofed 12,000 homes. I had confidence in this company. They were not pushy salesmen. They showed up on time, did the work and the basement was CLEAN when they left. I highly recommend this company. They were competitively priced. They were not the cheapest, but they did great work. I have neighbors who used other companies and have not had very nice things to say. I will refer everyone to basement water control!

I spent 2200 $. They worked fantastic. They changed their schedule so that they can be working weekend for me. They were extraordinary polite they had to bring in someone temporary and they call me up and ask me if that would be OK. They were wonderful. They essentially put in some waterproofing control and drainage collector. I was having problem with water coming in from the backyard.
Description of Work: Basement Water Control I used and I loved them. They put in some waterproofing membrane and improved the drainage.

I am remodeling the basement in a home I recently purchased. I knew there was a water problem and when I removed the interior walls I discoverd a horizontal crack the length of one wall. Basement Water Contol's quote was basically the same as a quote from a competitor (the reason for good in my price review). I chose Basement Water Control because they said they could do the work the next week and the other company told me I needed to wait at least 5 weeks. The only problem was that they had to postpone 1 week because another job went longer than expected. Then I was told I would have to wait another 2 weeks because the anchors hadn't arrived. I suggest they do the water control system first so I could get the plumbers in sooner to do their work. They agreed and even removed concrete for the plumbers in exchange of the plumbers replacing some of the concrete where work overlapped. When the anchors arrived, I was not ready for them to be install. They waited and did the work when it was convenient for me (the resaon for good in my responsiveness review). They also did a little extra work in placing the sump pump in the tuck-under garage instead of taking any floor space in the basement.
Description of Work: Installed tiling and sump pump system in basement. Installed 5 wall anchors.
