He is one of the few realitors in town that I think honestly do what is best for the client and goes above and beyond what needs to be done to help the house sell fast. I highly recommend Andy as a realitor.

Andy was always available from the first contact and throughout the home being on the market. He regularly provided feedback from prospective buyers and we didn't pay anything until we sold. He guarantees a 90 day sell and he delivered.

He was knowledgeable, quick to respond, and full of resources. We were first time home buyers and practically clueless about the process. He walked us through every step, and patienty answered my zillions of questions. He also gave helpful recommendations on other services to research such as mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and contractors. My husband and I are the type of people that like to search for things ourselves, and had very different criteria for what we wanted. When we wanted details about houses he got back to us very promptly, if not practically immediately. We asked to look at probably 6 houses, because we spent so much time looking on the internet we didn't need to physically go inside many. Andy was great about pointing out pros and cons to every house. He was very professional, and kept the mood light. (I enjoyed joking about where the sellers kept the bodies.. he eventually played along :) When we did find the house we wanted, he met us on my crazy 30 min lunch break (which was the only time and place I was available) to make the offer. He has like every gadget available, so we signed everything on an ipad, and he e-mailed the file to us. Later, we had a couple counter offers that my husband and I were able to sign on our smart phones. This use of technology was VERY convenient for US because my husband and I both manage in retail, we were on opposite sides of town, AND it was the holiday season. I'm sure there is a more conventional routine others might use. Andy went through the home inspection with me and made some great suggestions on ways to improve the home should we choose to in the future, as well as made sure the sellers fixed a couple wiring issues that could have been problematic in the future. After we purchased the house he gave us a very thoughtful gift, and followed up a couple times to make sure that we were happy with our purchase. Over all, awesome experience. If we ever sell, I'm going with him.

I think he charges 3%. I like that he's honest, upfront, goes the second mile and he's willing to meet with me anytime of the day or night. He's very friendly, warm and easy to work with. I would give him an A+ every way as he's fantastic.
