All Craft Exteriors

All Craft replaced three windows in the living room of my 150-year-old house -- one of the oldest houses in Rochester. I could not be more pleased! I was afraid to replace windows for fear of destroying the look of the house, but the windows they installed are perfect! They are at least a thousand percent more efficient than the old ones, but blend into the existing look perfectly -- the house looks even better than it did before! The whole experience with All Craft from the first phone call asking for an estimate to the finished product has been a delight!

The guys did a great job installing our new windows and pouring the driveway (and didn’t mind our dogs following them around either). Will definitely use them again for more projects in the future!

All Craft Exteriors did a phenomenal job on our house. They tore off the cedar siding, made repairs where needed, wrapped, and installed new siding, gutters, and a new patio door. We are thrilled with the professionalism, expertise, and responsiveness of everyone from All Craft Exteriors who worked on our project. Mike is an awesome, no-pressure salesman who presented options and ideas, yet was gracious when we chose not to invest in new windows. He exuded enthusiasm, service, and knowledge throughout. We trusted him and his experience, and rightly so. We love the end results and the color combos! Brothers Shane and Tyler were an incredible team who worked tirelessly on the siding project. They were efficient, friendly, helpful, always took time to answer our questions, and produced excellent results – we love our ‘new’ house! The crew we had working on our house was amazing!! We didn’t know what we would uncover when we decided to replace our siding, soffit and gutters. My previous patio door was on its last life from when the house was built in 2005. I had towels in it to prevent the wind coming in. The floor would have snow occasionally because of the gaps in the door. Unfortunately, the builders put in a very cheap door. When I contacted ACE I knew I wanted quality for the door. I wanted it to last until I move out and sell the house. I got exactly that! The new door is beyond my expectations! The wood work around it, the quality, the customer service! Everything went very smoothly! I will be referring them to everyone I know for their quality work! Thank you!

Well it's been 11 months project is not done out of $18,000 they've done $12,000 in work they did not communicate with me for 6 months after 6 months they called and wanted more money because they failed to order my metal roof. The asphalt roof looks like crap and nobody has come to look at it or fix it. They want to take 20% of my money because I want to go with a different company so I can get this job done. like I said it's been 11 months!!

We would definitely recommend All Craft Exteriors for a roofing project. We had a wind damage in December 20021 and they were on the short list given to us by our insurance company agent. Our experience with them was very positive though the entire project. We were promptly contacted by their agent Alex, who gave us a clear and precise information on steps required to perform the inspection, submit the claim, schedule the work, and handle the payment. He monitored the progress of the process and kept everything on track. The roof replacement job took just one day and the crew was utmost professional. They collected all the scraps and trash and even cleaned the gutters. I guess this is how you make sure that you, as a business, leave a happy customer!

Our house was built in 1962 - the original windows still remained until All Craft replaced them in October, 2021. Gone are the cracked frames! Gone are the cloudy windows! Gone are the "hard to close the windows tightly so they needed to be taped shut" to keep out the winter winds? The new Soft Lite vinyl windows are a much needed improvement to the comfort level in our home. The windows look great. They silence outside noises. They stop all traces of drafts. And most importantly, they improve the curb appeal 100%. We are pleased and recommend All Craft as your next home improvement choice.

We had 4 contractors come out to give estimates. Only 2 actually got bids to us. ACE was not the cheapest, but was within a thousand dollars of the the other bid. After re-reading reviews and considering the level of communication with ACE, we went with them. They were very responsive and organized. Communication was great and they were willing to work around our schedules. Most importantly, they did a GREAT job on a property that needed lots of extra work and attention. We have since hired them to complete the same work on our personal residence. I would definitely recommend them.

We hired All Craft because we had them replace all of our windows last year and were impressed with their professionalism and quality. All Craft did an excellent job on our siding this year, from the first meeting to discuss the project all the way through completion. Mike, the sales consultant, was very informative and gave us the different options we wanted on our quote. Once the work started, the crew was very friendly and did an outstanding job. The jobsite was spotless at the end of each day and they kept us informed on the progress. All Craft definitely exceeded our expectations on this project. I would highly recommend.

We had All Craft Exteriors install seamless gutters on our entire house. The free estimate was thorough and gave us multiple options. They were scheduled out 10 weeks but they had a crew in our area and were able to get them installed the next week. The day of installment I called Dave to adress my concerns about our dogs being in a small gated area in the back yard,by the house and he was very genuine about it. He actually cared and didnt just brush me off. I highly recommend All Craft.

It was fabulous. we have the roof and gutters done few years ago and we didn't call anybody else. We called them to do the job. Chad was very helpful and answered all of my questions.
