Brad and his crew did an excellent job replacing our 3-stall wide concrete driveway. Work was done with great attention to detail and to exacting specifications. We really like our driveway now...waited several years and saved up enough to cover it this year, since we knew replacing it was not going to be cheap, no matter the provider we went with. Much easier to clear the snow with driveway panels that are level with each other... Only negatives would be cost (but I was willing to pay extra than other providers to make sure the job was done right), not being able to pay with a credit card, and not being able to use e-mail as primary form of communication.

Great! The steps look great! Justin was so professional. He was timely in returning calls and delivered what he promised. I would highly recommend him.

We were very happy with the quality of the work. They also cleaned up very well after they were done, replacing sod, etc. Price was higher than another estimate, but technique and quality was well worth it. Will use again for future projects - thanks Brad!

Brad is one of the best communicators I have worked with in the business. His individual work Ethic and the work ethic that he holds his team to is impressive. He was there by 7 AM every morning that he was on the job. He provided a quote for the work based on the square footage of the concrete, and although there were unexpected challenges that were encountered, he addressed these with no increase in cost.hey pays meticulous attention to the detail of the work, especially the angle of the concrete such that water drains away from the house.it is also committed to a high-quality result. The pricing is fair and competitive.

This company is well-run and well organized. The owner's understanding of concrete needs and possibilities for corrections rather than total replacement is excellent. I thought my entire driveway would have to be rebuilt, but Brad insisted that just the problem sections would need rebuilding, and the project turned out perfectly. That is exactly what should have been done--and was! Affordable Concrete's work is high quality and timely. Everyone is professional and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to work with them. Highly recommended!

They called in AM and said they would be at our house in 10 minutes. I understand they finished a big job in the morning and because ours was small they thought they could get it done in the afternoon which they did. They were supposed to call the eve before and let us know when they would be doing our job. As it happened my husband was home so he could shut windows as the concrete sawing is extremely dusty. I was to lunch with friends, so I cut my lunch short to get home to make sure things were going as contracted. They did a good job and the workmen were very nice. Only a small problem which was, as they dumped concrete from their wheel barrow they left small cement spatters on our new garage door which I had to clean off when I noticed it a couple days later. Over all I would recommend them and if we need more work done I would certainly give them a call.

I went there on May 6th. They told me what their company could do. They gave the information that I needed to know. They're very friendly, prompt and coming. They're very pleasant. They had it done in a day. They told how long the drying process until it's fully set up. They cleaned up their messes and make sure they didn't get anything get ruined.

The team came early in the morning and immediately had the concrete broken up and removed for us quickly. The cement was poured that afternoon. The crew was extremely Friendly and Courteous. The sidewalk was a tight space between a flower garden and the garage. None of the flowers were damaged they took care to keep everything neat and clean. They even pulled some grass up and replaced it to make sure nothing was damaged. This is a wonderful company. I would not hesitate to use them again. I also would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Brad gave us a bid to fix the front steps and pour a patio extension out back to put a hot tub on. On the day of the work we asked for a second slab to poured on the other side of our back yard to put a shed on. All were done well, on time, on budget, and the guys left our yard clean and tidy. Nice guys, we would definitely hire them again.

Start to finish- was done basically in one day and supports removed next day. Went smoothly.

Brad Bishop returned my initial phone call that same evening, and came out to the house the following day to inspect the work site. The next day he arranged for delivery of the concrete, and installed rebar and directed the pour and finishing. I am completely satisfied with the entire transaction.

We had a section of driveway and a sidewalk leading to the front porch that had sunk over the years. We also had a driveway that was functional but had some fractures. We asked Brad Bishop at Affordable Concrete to give us an estimate for replacing all or portions of the driveway and sidewalks. Brad came to give an estimate within 24 hours of my call. He described the work in detail orally and then gave me a detailed, itemized estimate. He broke the job and estimates down in sections in case I wanted to do only some of the work. He made recommendations as to items that should be done and those that could wait. Though I received two quotes that were virtually the same, I took his bid over the other because he had received good reviews on Angie's List and he was very professional. All work was done to specifications and as scheduled. Landscaping surrounding walk and driveway was left untouched. Brad provided services beyond expectations, for example, when a tree limb blew down the day before the driveway was to be done, he brought his chainsaw, cut the limb and hauled away the debris. I would definitely recommend him to my friends (and have).

Brad responded quickly to my request for an estimate. 2 days later they did the entire job in one day. They removed an ugly broken driveway in the middle of the yard. They replaced the old broken sidewalk from the street to the front of the house. They replace the old broken drive way from the street to the garage and they removed the useless side walk to from the street to the side of the house, with a winding sidewalk from the driveway to the house. Everything was done quickly, affordably and professionally. I plan to use them again very soon.

The need was obvious and pressure was building from the "better half" to do something. I had an estimate from another company but we were not happy either with the price or the person, so ... The "better half" explored Angie's List and saw good reports for Affordable Concrete so we called. Our call was returned that evening, and the owner (Brad Bishop) came over quickly to estimate the job. His price was $1000 less than our first estimate, and he was a delight to talk to. We accepted his bid immediately. He said he would be able to start "in a couple weeks." And two weeks later, he did,and he was there to supervise his crew. At the end of the first day, the steps, sidewalk, and driveway pad were gone, and the new steps were poured. The next day, the sidewalk and driveway pad were poured, and the exposed aggregate process was completed. A few days later (after some rainy days), Brad returned to do the sealing, and it was clear that he was a perfectionist. We would definitely recommend Affordable Concrete.

I called Affordable Concrete for an estimate and Brad, the owner, came out the same day. Within two hours I had an estimate. Brad was very professional. He calmed my fears of a giant sink hole being under my driveway (which two other contractors fed into) and addressed the water issue. He answered all my questions and gave his opinion on how to fix our problems. We decided to go with Affordable concrete, not because they were the least exspensive (because they were right in the middle price wise), but because they had the best solution and product to offer us. They called the day before they would arrive and in two days they had ripped out the old, regraded the driveway and poured a new one. I was home for the entire process, and I can honestly say that these guys really take pride in their jobs. The driveway is gorgeous, Brad spent plenty of time making sure everything was perfect. The crew was respectful and efficient and the landscaping around the work look like it did before they came out. Once they were finished we were given care instructions and a sincere invitiation to call them with any questions or concerns. Brad even talked with my husband about ideas for some drain tile. We never felt once like our questions were a bother or we were getting in their way. These guys are fabulous. It is refreshing to see someone take such pride in the work that they do. I would use them again in a heartbeat, but since I'm sure my driveway will be great for years to come, I hope you will use them.

I had received 5 bids and their bid was the highest. I don?t know as to how they can call themselves as affordable. I didn?t use their services only because of their price. I have seen some of their work and they do nice work. It?s just that it wasn?t affordable. They quoted $7300 for the job. We had to remove some of the trees. The winter is coming and so we will have issue with the snow. That?s why I couldn?t have a hold on the driveway and I couldn?t wait. They were very professional, polite, courteous and respectful. We asked questions and they described exactly how they would do the job. They told us as to how it would look and things like that. They know about concrete and they know their business. Their responsiveness was excellent. Their punctuality was very good and so was their professionalism. I would call them back for another quote. I would be interested in finding out if they would fall in line with other companies for a different job. However, I don?t think it would work right now with concrete.

Their price was very reasonable even on the low end. The service was actually excellent. The driveway looks great. They cleaned up perfect. The only reason we knew it was done was because we had a good looking driveway again. They put the side back where they cut it. They put the rocks back where the bushes were. The clean-up was almost like a landscaping service. They did a perfect job. The guy explained everything. He did not push. We had certain sections that were broken. He gave us a price just to fix those and he gave us a price to fix the whole thing, and he gave us the choice. He came out within 5 minutes of when he said he was going to be here. They were just great. The color is a little bit different because it is 18 years different. I thought they did a great job. They did a section for the sidewalk too. The way the bushes are, you really don't notice it that much. They did as good a job considering the difference in the years. He said that in a couple of years it might blend a little bit more. It actually looks very nice. We were expecting the price to be a lot higher. A lot of the other people we contacted didn't even call us back. This guy was really nice. We would absolutely use them again in the future.
