+ -1 moreMark arrived on time. He listened to our initial questions/concerns and then proceeded to his inspection. While working independently, he frequently called us over to notice something or to explain something that would be helpful if we were to become owners. The report, of course, was in a standard format. It was delivered within 4 hours via an online service. We value its punctuality and succinctness while also valuing Mark's in-person on-the-job comments and explanations that were far more extensive than what was written in the formatted report.
Description of Work: Mark inspected a condo we were considering.

+ -1 moreHe was courteous, professional and very easy to work with. The fee we paid was for a 2300 square foot house + 1100 square foot unfinished basement + $150 radon testing.
Description of Work: Mark did a fantastic job! He showed up at the house at approximately 8:30AM and spent 2 hours doing an independent inspection. We showed up at 10:30AM and he spent another 1.5 hours going through the entire house with us. He pointed out the few items he recommended the seller fix as well as anticipated issues in the next few years, preventative measures he recommended, and general home maintenance tips for first time buyers. We received a full report from Mark approximately 3 days after with 20+ pictures that we can keep for future records and submit with our counter offer on the house.
