The estimation and planning process was honest and Straunt Forward. Kinkade worked with our insurance company to assess roof damage. The actual work was incredibly quick and of the best quality. Clean up afterward was excellent.

A man came to my house with all the information and answered all my questions after he had inspected my roof. I made my selections and signed a contract. The workers came on time and finished in a timely manner and did a great clean up of my yard. They addressed all my concerns and the roof looks fabulous.

I saw the business listed in the local newspaper, the Post Bulletin, for winning their reader's choice award so I decided to pay their booth a visit during the annual Home Improvement Show. After speaking with one of the owners, I appreciated his candid explanations, and made a plan to schedule a home visit to set up an estimate. Everything went to the letter. Kincaid came to my home twice prior to the work being scheduled to give me a reasonable estimate, which included climbing up into the attic to get a look at the sheathing under the shingles. In August, I scheduled my job to be completed in October. On a late August day, out of the blue, I received a call from AAR staff who let me know that their originally scheduled job for the day faced a delay so they could come out to my house that day if I preferred. The amazing part was that they upheld their contracted date of October before expecting payment! So in the end, the crew showed up in August and did the job, but I never received an invoice to pay until October. What a great surprise and a testament to their commitment to customer satisfaction. The work done was of high quality, and I never found a single nail or piece of debris. My only suggestion for improvement would be some added transparency in the payment details. Customers should know that if you are not paying cash, there will be a charge of an an additional 1.5% if you pay in person or 2.5% if you pay by card over the phone. I was not aware of this, so was caught off guard when I called to pay. In the end, I went into the office in person, but it was closed. I had to go back the next day after calling to find out their office hours, as they were not listed on the business door or website, nor detailed in their voicemail message. Even with that being said, overall they did a fantastic job! I would, and have, recommended them to several friends.

It went extremely well. The crew was punctual for a 7:00AM start and completed the job same day. The installers were very courteous and efficient. And the cleanup was done meticulously. There were no scraps left from either the shingle packaging or the tar paper packaging and the crew made 2-3 sweeps of the entire area to pick up any metal scraps or nails that may have remained. Wonderful job!

The crew arrived on the date and time promised. They finished removing the old roof and put on the new roof in about 6 hours including a complete clean-up of all debris. Wonderful job! They were excellent people to deal with.

Received a call from the owner letting me know the time the crew would arrive at my house on the scheduled day. The crew was on time and got to work promptly. A great company to work with. They had a competitive bid and were professional in all aspects. They had my old roof taken down and the new roof installed in just a couple of hours. They also had someone there to help me fill out the Certainteed class action paperwork from my old roof.

First the owner Ryan came to see me to get a feel of what we needed, then he sent me a beautiful package which consisted of several roof materials I could select from and an estimate of the cost. He explained thoroughly about pros and cons of each manufacturer and gave us his recommendation. He also assisted us in negotiating with our insurance company. That also played a great part why we chose Above All to replace our roof. Our roof was scheduled to be done on 9/2/2014 but due to the fact that a property owner had postponed his schedule that in turn a luck for us because of this Ryan scheduled for roof replacement for us on 8/22 instead of 9/2. On the day of replacement, his team came and worked in a professionalism manner. They began work from 7:00 AM and the roof was completed around 1:00 PM. They did not need me at home, anyway I was at work. When I and my wife returned from work, what we saw was an awesome Landmark roof by Burnt Sienna color envied by my neighbors. They did not leave any trash on the site so that you do not realize that a roof work has been done. A few days later the company sent a manager to our home again to check whether the roof was properly installed or not. That's perfect. Thank you, Kindcaid. They were great service, the roof they put on is great, they didn't try to oversell me, and gave me what they thought was the right kind of roof. They did a great job of cleaning up the area after they were done, so I didn't have nails and things in my yard. They did a great job. They worked close with my insurance company, and it went well with the adjustor. I was here when they were discussing the roofing with the adjustor, and it helped us with the process. It was a big job, and they did a great job, and as far as I can see 2 years in, the roof is in great shape. I thought the price was reasonable, although it wasn't a lot of out of pocket for me. What they quoted was lesser than the other estimates I got. The quality seems to be good, but you never know the roof, until you have made your 10 years into it. It was a late fall kind of thing, and they were able to get the job done before winter. Their punctuality was great, they didn't need me around because it was an exterior job, and they told me how long it would take, and they got it done. Them dealing with the insurance company was very professional, and they were knowledgeable.

Arrived within 5 minutes of estimated arrival time; crew of 6; assist crew member with machine to move bundles of shingles from ground to roof on site immediately after old roof had been removed. Had the roof on and clean-up completed in almost exactly 5 hours. They were polite, efficient, and did not play loud music as some young crews do. And although I have been watching, I have found exactly ONE roofing nail in my yard since they were here. SPECTACULAR encounter with this company and their employees.

From start to finish, working with Above All Roofing was a pleasure. I had evaluations from other roofers in the area and Above All offered me the best price, by about $500. The estimate was provided in a booklet with other informational materials. The work was performed one day while I was at work. When I came home, they were done and there wasn't a trace of them having been there. They left my home and yard clean. They are easy to reach and very professional. Would highly recommend this company.

Just prior to having our house reroofed, we had put on new siding. In the process of reroofing our house several pieces of siding were marked up by the Above All crew throwing down the old shingles. Even though it could have easily been seen by the roofing crew, they left without saying anything about it or attempting to clean it. We called and complained about it and then they came back out and used a harsh solvent to clean it. This bleached the color out of several pieces of siding. We complained about that and then they came back and tried to clean off what they said was residue from the solvent using WD40. It didn't work and we could still see bleached out streaks on several pieces of siding. Ultimately they did agree to pay for replacing several pieces of siding. Although we did end up with the house reroofed, the experience was pretty rough and troubling. Now this spring we discovered some deep scratches on an upstairs window which I assume was also caused by throwing down the old shingles off our roof. That is still not resolved.

Ryan came out and was already prepared to give his presentation when we first met. He had come out prior to do the measurements, which saves time for the home owner! He answered all questions we had and went over all the steps they would do. After he had left, I had some questions and emailed Ryan. He was quick to respond to all emails I sent over the course of a few days time, thanks Ryan! After we decided to go with Above-all, Ryan was able to get us in within 7 business days, so turn-around was excellent. They arrived on time, and 8 hours later, roof was done and everything cleaned up. I've only found 2 things leftover, and they were buried in some tall weeds. I like that they tore out whole sheets of the roof to replace the vents (was going to ridge cap venting) instead of just patching in the openings. Very satisfied with the work and would recommend them.
