Above All Roofing was awesome to work with! Kincade was very responsive to phone calls and emails. He worked with out insurance company to make sure we had the appropriate coverage. The crew was highly professional and made quick work of our large/steep roof. We love the results and definitely would recommend Above All Roofing to anyone who asks. Our new shingles are supposed to last 50 years so I don't anticipate I'll be needing their services again but if we do for whatever reason Above All will be who we call first.

Fantastic! Great communication with updates on when they would try to get my roof scheduled. Weather has been crazy and they weren't making promises, but I was told that they would do their best to "squeeze" my roof in. And they did!! The replacement roof will save our outbuilding this winter.

The crews did a very professional job. There was one hiccup on the position of some skylights, but when I brought it up to the foreman we got it sorted out with no issues. There was no bickering, or haggling, the foreman was very polite and easy to work with and we got it all straightened out. I would definitely use these guys again.

We did have a change to the shingle color last minute and they handled it without any problem. The job was done in one day. Great! I would recommend them to anyone. Their was a team of 12 who were prompt, very friendly and respectful. They treated our house as if it was their own. The next day, I was called to make sure we liked the color & were satisfied with the work. They also explained the insurance process which I appreciated as we have been home owners for 14 years, but this is our first claim.

First contact was with Kinkade, he explained things thoroughly and gave options but did not pressure me with upgrading. Price was below several other quotes I received but all were very close. Once the workers arrived I was pleasantly surprised how professional and friendly all the workers were. They worked fast and cleaned up very well. I have several dogs in the house that needed to be let out during the work. The workers were concerned for the dogs due to the debris (nails & shingles) on the ground. Showed me the workers were not just concerned about getting the job done and moving on. I would recommend Above All Roofing and will hire them again in the future if I ever need more work on my house.

The work was done in a day by a quality crew. When the roof shingles were removed the extent of the rotten roof deck was revealed. I was given options as to the extent of work that I wanted done and the price I would pay. When finished with the roof deck, the cupola was replaced, tightly flashed and sealed. In the year since the work was done, we have had an incredibly wet spring and there have been no other leaks or problems. I am very please with the look and the long term results.

Crew was showing up early (7:15am) as I was leaving for work. I had a new roof by the time I got home @ 8 hours later. Everything was done as expected. The roof looks great and like it will last a lifetime.

Fantastic customer service and pride of workmanship. Our current roof was on year 23 of 25-year shingles. We are in the process of selling our home so Kincaid was willing to adjust schedules so that our roof would be done early October, rather than the end of October. The roof was very large with multiple vallies and a rolled roof over the breezeway. The project was done in 2 days. Everything was cleaned and picked up at the end of Day 1 even though they would need to return the next day to complete the back side of the house. A realtor requested a last-minute showing of our home near the end of the 2nd day. The roofers hadn't finished completely but worked quickly to clean up the front of the house so the showing could take place. We are most grateful! Would highly recommend Above All Roofing to friends and family.

I got a fast and fair estimate. The work was done timely and in a professional manner. When I showed up to the job-site there were six guys working and the business owner was on the roof working and supervising. All employees were wearing full PPE and there were tarps set up to prevent any of the tear-off from getting on the lawn or in the neighbors driveway. They gave me an Angie's List Discount. This being an investment property I appreciate they gave me a binder with all the warranty and product information all in one place, I printed the final e-mailed invoice and added to the binder. For the first time I actually have proof of all the warranties included with a job of this nature.
