Above All Roofing did an excellent job. This is my second time using them. I had no reservations for having them do this job because they did such a fantastic job on my girlfreinds house 3 years ago. They were professional, the workers were courteous and helpful with the questions I asked. They cleaned up and kept a very watchfull eye on the demolition work so it did not get in the neighbors yards. The cost was cheaper than the other roofing company I had give me an estimate. Overall, very satisfied with the quality of work done and the cleanup. I suggest anyone looking to have their roofs replaced or reshingled to have them give you an estimate.

My husband and I are both very research oriented individuals. We took a lot of time to review the local roofing organizations in Rochester. We wanted the best quality without paying an extraordinary price. We found what we were looking for in Above All Roofing. Working with Ryan and his team was wonderful. They were professional, prompt and courteous. It was evident while watching the team work that they enjoy their jobs and take pride in their work. My husband and I are very satisfied with our new roof and know that we made the right choice.

This was my first experience with a roof replacement. Ryan provided all the details of the process from start to finish and answered my questions. The estimate was very reasonable. With the reviews I saw on Angie's List plus personal recommendations from three of my coworkers, it was an easy decision. The crew arrived promptly at 7:00 a.m. and began gathering the photos and samples I needed in order to submit a claim form to Certainteed. I packed up the dogs and left for the day. By the time I returned in the late afternoon, the roof was finished and the crew was gone. Other than the beautiful new roof, you'd have no idea they'd been there. Clean-up was unbelievably thorough. It's been over a month now and I haven't found a single nail (seriously ... NONE) or any other scraps. I met with Ryan again later that same evening, and he provided the photos and shingle sample in a nice box for mailing, and he helped me complete the lengthy claim form. My experience with Above All Roofing was fantastic. Ryan has excellent people working for him, they do quality work, and the price is fair. What more could you ask for?

Ryan at Above All Roofing is a very fair and honest individual. He price matched a quote I had been given by another roofer, and didn't play games. From start to finish, he was straight forward and honest. Ryan was extremely punctual in returning phone calls, answering questions, and following through with every request I had. The roofing team completed everything extremely fast. There was some minor damage to some flowers and plants, a broken flower pot (which Ryan reimbursed), but other than that it went smoothly. I found a few stray nails in the yard after mowing (maybe 5 total), but overall they did a decent job. To break it down, I'd give Ryan himself a 10 out of 10, while I would give the roofing crew an 8 out of 10. The job was completed ahead of schedule, on budget, and it looks great. Ryan resolved all issues I had from start to finish. I'd definitely go with them again!

We needed a new roof because the old shingles were defective and needed replacing after about 10 years. Ryan was very personable, thoroughly explained all options and work to be done, and was punctual in all meetings and in completing the job. They also did a great cleanup job when done. Overall we had an excellent experience, and would recommend them.

From the beginning Ryan was very easy to work with. He took the time to explain the entire process. Our questions were answered thouroughly and in a timely fashion. His crew showed up early in the morning and stayed until the job was complete. Very professional and courteous. We would definately recommend Above All Roofing!

Outstanding from start to finish. Ryan (the owner) came out to do an estimate within a couple of days of my talking with him. He was running a little late for our appointment, but called me to let me know that--that in itself impressed me. I felt he was very sincere in his bid--never tried to "up-sell" us to a more expensive shingle. It also didn't hurt that his bid was significantly below other bids for the exact same brand, style and grade of shingle. The crew actually showed up a few weeks before the anticipated install date because they had a hole in their schedule--that was great news for us. They finished the job in the amount of time they said it would take (despite on and off rain). Afterwards, we could not find any sign that they were even there due to the excellent job of cleaning up. Finally, although we had only limited interaction with the crew, what we did have was very cordial. Although no ones likes shelling out 8 grand for a new roof, I have to say that Ryan and his crew made it about as painless as possible.

Out of desperation I contacted a sixth roofer in trying to get a second estimate on my small roof repair. Above All responded within a few hours. They gave me a time they could come out (next day). I ended up not using them because I finally was able to reach the person who gave the only other estimate and could repair my roof immediately. However, when I need my roof replaced, Above All will be the first on my list to contact.

The company personell was very professional and punctual, although I found their quote a lot more expensive in comparison with similar two other companies.

They were exactly on time every single time they told us they would be here. They were always courteous and respectful. They made sure to respect our home, going to the point of ensuring our pets did not escape when they came in and out. They did an EXCELLENT clean up job (swept up our deck and porch better than we have!). We did not pay the full price of our roof ($7,281.90) because they noticed we had damage and insurance would pay. Because insurance paid, they made sure to use the best materials possible to make our insurance estimate amount. They have been more than helpful with all our questions, including insurance process, etc. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

My roof was only 8 years old when the shingles deteriorated so badly that they had to be replaced. Obviously, I was very unhappy and started out the whole process of replacing the roof in a very bad mood! I read about Above All Roofing on Angie's list and decided to give them a try. (I also contacted three other companies.) I told Above All the whole story, and from the very first phone call, I got complete support and understanding for my predicament. They guided me through the process of contacting the original shingle company and applying for my portion of the class action lawsuit that had been brought. This involved taking pictures of the damage, sending damaged shingles across the country and filling out endless forms. Their quote was thousands of dollars (no exaggeration) less than the competition. The whole job was done completely in one day without one single scrap of garbage left behind. They were on time, professional and considerate. Even my neighbors commented on their quiet (no loud radios, yelling or swearing on the job) and friendly ways. I cannot commend them enough for what ended up being a pleasant, professional experience from beginning to end. I thank them and I recommend them highly to anyone who needs a new roof!

Fantastic, I can not praise this group enough. The team that worked on our roof was so polite. There was no smoking, bad language, etc. They were nice to my curious children. They tore the roof off, replaced the entire board (not just coving the hole) where the old vents were, and put the new roof on. The clean up was fantastic. There was no damage to any of my plants near the house, and I have only found one nail in a flower bed. They went around and around the house with magnets cleaning. They discovered that the original roofer had not covered our fireplace at the top and repaired it for no charge. Could not have been happier than I was with Above All Roofing and would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

I haven't used them because we decided to put off the roof job until next spring. I was very pleased with them, as they were the company I like the best from all of the quotes. I wish they could do more than just roofs. I like the sales person and the quote was competitive with the rest. There was just something about that company that grabbed me.

Their estimate was several thousand dollars less than everyone else in town. Very punctual and professional job. The crew stayed late into a Friday night to finish the job, rather than leave the roof exposed to potential storms. Would definitely recommend.

We recently experienced ceiling leaks in our home due to ice dams. Though being told by representatives of our homeowners association to just "wait it out" we called a roofing company to come and take a look at what the problem. When one company failed to show up my wife called Above All Roofing to see if they could come and inspect. Ryan and Scott arrived and were absolutely wonderful. They climbed on our roof and - using hot water - created channels for the water to run down. They spoke with us about what they thought the issue was and offered their services should we want them to come and speak before a homeowner's association meeting. They didn't charge us a dime for their services despite us asking them what we owed them. They were extremely courteous, professional, and very giving of their time. I would highly recommend Above All Roofing.

Everything was done very professionally and in a timely manner. Work crews were friendly, efficient and did a wonderful job cleaning up the worksite afterward. I will certainly use them again for future work on our house.
