+ -1 moreIt went extremely well. Rick showed me 4 homes within an hour. He had all the information printed on each place, had made a folder for me, and included a pen so I could take notes which was very helpful. I'm just getting started and he gave me several tips.
Description of Work: I worked with Rick Witt who is an excellent agent. He went above and beyond what was required by showing me 3 additional places even though it took more time. I thought he was professional and very helpful but not pushy!

+ -1 moreTook off about 99% of the stress of the whole process. We had two little ones (3 and 5), plus full time + jobs. He wanted us to sign exclusivity agreement only when we found what we REALLY wanted, never pushy, always taking the time to get the BEST for us and nothing else. He was more like a counselor, in addition to his obviously significant professional skills.
Description of Work: Helped us find AND buy our new house and sell the old one.
