+ -1 morePostives: 1. he arrived on time 2. he pointed out some things that we could improve/fix Negatives: 1. overall appearance was not professional 2. he was slow 3. he dropped tools and plumbing pieces on the bathroom floor often enough to make me cringe. If it were my "home" and not my rental, I would be even more upset. By two hours, he had to go to another appointment. I paid him and told him that he would not need to come back and finish the work. I have only once "fired" a tradesmen over sloppy work.
Description of Work: I asked him to install bathroom fixtures and to take a look at a list of repairs that needed to be done. In two hours, he took apart 2 sinks and a shower, but none of the fixtures were installed. The other repairs were not attempted.

+ -1 moreWhen I called Dan he came right over to see what needed to be done. He made a list and called back the next morning with the quote. He showed up promptly and and was very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Dan.
Description of Work: Had sump pump drain line hooked up and ran outside, installed new laundry tub, ran gas line to fireplace, replumbed bath/shower and moved plumbing higher for a floating vanity. Will also be installing two toilets, a tub and all fixtures for a full bath and a half bath remodel.

+ -1 moreI have been very satisfied with Dan Kingsley and highly reccomend him. He accommodates your schedule, is reasonable priced and I have never needed to have any of his work redone. Prior to Dan, I have used several plumbers in Rochester, MN and have not been dedicated or satisfied with any other plumbers!!!
Description of Work: Dan has done all my plumbing needs for years. He has installed a second bathroom; a sink and toilet for my house, as well as unclogged drains fixed leaking pipes and updated faucets. I own an older home and he is familiar with older houses and keeping my repairs up to codes. He has installed a dishwasher for me and hot water heater. Since I have found Dan he has serviced all my plumbing needs.
