PA Lawn Service

Today his crew was working next door doing a cleanup. They were blowing debris with backpack blowers and some of the mess was coming into my property. I asked the worker to not put debris on my property. Eventually the foreman told me they would run a mower over it and pick it up. I was ok with that. However as he was headed out the foreman gave me the finger. It gets worse. Then Patrick the owner called one of my tenants that rents at that property wanting to discuss the issue. When I called Patrick Amore I encountered a very vulgar, hostile angry person. He was very insulting and threatened physical violence against my son who does our yard work. Patrick threatened to have his biggest worker come and kick my son in the nuts and take care of him. This guy is a vulgar bully with a short fuse.

It was done well. They used blowers and trimmers when needed and the lawn looks wonderful when they're done.

We had an appointment for 3:30pm on a Thursday. In our prompt email interactions I made it clear I wanted to meet to discuss the job. I sat in my living room from 3-4:30 next to the door waiting but no one showed up. No follow-up email was sent on their part. I refuse to chase someone to do paid work and will take my business elsewhere. I was very disappointed because the emails were prompt and the reviews were good—they just never came.

I received a prompt reply and was told that we could be accommodated. PA Lawn planned to come by our house a few days later to give us an estimate for the Fall Cleanup based on the size our our yard. I waited a week and no one came to visit. I called and ask for an update. No one returned my calls. After a few weeks, I gave up. I contacted PA Lawn based on their A rating. This type of unresponsiveness does not feel like a A rated service provider to me.

We have used PA Lawn service for 3 or more years. They are reliable, polite, professional. Our lawn always looks great.

I am using them. They are excellent. I have a season contract with them. They also do spring and fall clean up. I got them from Angie's List last year and signed another season contract with them this year. They are very responsive and communicative. If you ask them to do something specific, they do it. I have a tiny lot and they are here about 10 minutes.

We hired Patrick and his team for weekly lawn service as well as for lawn fertilizer and weed prevention. Their service has been very good. When a small issue was identified Patrick was quick to respond and we discussed an agreeable path forward. I appreciated that my one minor concern was addressed professionally and promptly. His crews do good work. Prices are very reasonable and quality is on the mark. I would recommend without any hesitation.

They got the job done. The scheduling and communication aspect worked just fine. I would not have any recommendations for improvements. It took about 60 to 90 minutes.

We no longer have water issues. Shrubs are gone, with new new rocks and plants in place. Price was about what we expected to pay.

We have contracted with home year after year.

They were fast and friendly. Helped by elderly neighbor bring in her recycle bin. Great company.

I inquired about weekly lawn mowing services through PA's website, and Patrick responded very quickly. He was very patient and responsive in answering all my questions and getting our schedules lined up to begin services. The work they did was fantastic! The yard looks nicer than I thought it could. It's great to come home from work to a nicely mowed yard - makes our lives much easier. I would highly recommend Patrick and his team, we couldn't be happier.

Patrick and his folks are GREAT! My lawn looks spectacular. They arrive each week, finish quickly and leave with my lawn and yard in tip-top shape. They are highly recommended!

Everything went great they emailed the night before stating they would be by in the morning and they were on time.

I called them after another provider failed to show up and then couldn't fit me in his schedule. I promptly got a return call back and estimate. Super friendly. My lawn and beds all look great - no leaves! Super impressed and will use them again!

Patrick returned my call promptly, we set up a time for an estimate. He arranged to get the time set to complete the work in approximately a week. He was courteous and professional, the job was completed in about 3 hours. I would definitely hire him again and recommend his work to others.

Patrick is an expert in the lawn care industry. In addition to the high-quality, reasonably-priced services he and his team provide, Patrick proactively shares his insights and recommendations on how my lawn can be made better. In the initial consultation, Patrick spent 40 minutes surveying the yard and making recommendations based on watering, shade, placement of flower beds, etc. Just recently Patrick emailed me unprompted informing me on how to adjust my sprinkler system's watering schedule based on the weather we have been having so far this summer. I've found Patrick's knowledge invaluable and it takes the guess work out of lawn care.

Patrick and his team have been providing services as purchased when stated at level expected. Patrick has been responsive with correspondence, letting me know when services are needed versus not required, contacting me with services questions or just to check in. I requested a spring aeration quote, and he said yard did not need for spring as he didn't believe in doing unnecessary services. How refreshing!

I spoke with Patrick Amore on the phone asking him about cleaning up and re-landscaping my yard. He told me that he was going to be in my area that day or the next and would look at the job and give me an estimate. He told me the work would not be completed for a few weeks. I said that was fine but looked forward to his telling me that day or the next what would be involved to get the yard back in shape. (There were bushes that needed to be replaced and more rock needed to be laid, among other things.) Patrick never came by nor did he ever call back. I find this totally unprofessional and disrespectful. I joined Angie's list expecting to find quality companies with which to do business. I did NOT expect to find companies who think nothing of customer service nor meet the expectations they set for themselves.
