Description of Work: Did full diagnosis on why our septic pump kept running. Checked several different things to make sure we did indeed need to replace the pump and not just fix it. Also made sure that no other problem outside of the pump could be causing the pump to malfunction. Did not charge for any of the diagnostics and answered all of my questions. Even told me that it would be cheaper to go to the hardware store and buy a pump and have him install it instead of buying a pump directly through him. He told me what I needed and I went and bought it. He cam back the next day and installed it and tested everything to make sure the problem was solved.
