Twin Cities Lawn Mower Repair & Snow Blower Repair

Poorly. The company did contact me right away to schedule a time to pick up my snow blower but then didn't return any calls after that. I called them several times, at different times of the day and days of the week but they NEVER called back. I also tried to contact via the Angie's list website and did not hear back.

I was never able to use the Big Deal. I emailed them through Angie's List initially and they responded quickly. After this interaction I have not been able to get in touch with them and they have not responded since that time. If they ended up doing a great job and they show that they can be responsive, I would consider using them again in the future.

It didn't. I did not use his service. See above.

My experience with Twin Cities Lawn Mower Repair & Snow Blower Repair was kind of mixed. They worked quickly. They also do a very good job. I would use them again. They're hard to get a hold of. They won't meet you there when they say they will. They had the work done before I was expecting, but they weren't there when I went to pick it up. It depends who you talk to. Some of them are professional and some of them are really not.

Unfortunately, our calls weren't returned so we were unable to schedule the service. We had the service done elsewhere.

Took almost 2 weeks to find out that the lawn-mower was un-repairable. Had to call a few times to get the status.

No issues with the work or product. The woman who delivered my snow blower and mower was perfectly nice. Unfortunately, the work and delivery has been overshadowed by the inconsiderate and sloppy customer service.

Picked up and delivered my snowblower which he tuned up. It works just fine and the man was very, very nice. Price was very reasonable for services provided.

It was fine. Our snow blower actually still doesn't work but they just I guess weren't able to fix it. We paid more than the "Big Deal". They were very nice. They offered to come to the house and pick up the snow blower which was nice because we don't have a big enough car to put it in but that was an additional fee, but they were nice to work with. I think the delivery is a nice feature, especially in South Minneapolis, we tend to have smaller homes, smaller cars and can't put equipments in our cars so that's really nice that they do that service. They were just very easy to work with.

Initially we had a conversation about the work we needed. I needed to get the snowblower out of a corner in the garage so it took me a couple of weeks to get it ready. I called back and left a message. Then they had a computer crash and lost the phone message so they did not call back. Once I could reach them again, they were very responsive and got the work done promptly as we discussed. I was happy to pay for home pickup and delivery. Their staff are courteous and know their craft well.

They picked up my 7.5 HP snowblower (for an extra fee), repaired it, and delivered it back to me. It now starts on the first pull. Great job!

They called a little over a week later to tell me it was ready. I've been able to use it in this new snow, and it has never run better!!

I paid for them to return my snow blower which they eventually did, just in time for the first snow storm.

Tune-up for riding lawn mower and sharpen blade. I think they do good work and provide a good service, but are kind of a fly-by-night outfit. Received no receipt upon drop-off and no receipt regarding work performed. Not a very professional business.

They tuned up the snowblower from an Angies List deal and it needed some extra work for about $30. He told me two weeks, but it was done within the week. They were responsive in calling me to pick it up when I kept putting it off.

They only work certain days and have certain hours on those days. This makes picking up your snow blower inconvenient. My son called ahead and told them what day and got off work early to pick it up. He got there before four o'clock and no one was there. However, when I asked them to deliver it instead, they did so and did not charge us.

Twin Cities Lawn mower repair and snow blower repair serviced my mower and snowblower within days of drop off and they were all cleaned up and shining when we got them back. We dropped off and picked up but Twin Cities is also willing to pick up[ and deliver for a reasonable fee. Update: Our snow blower was recently serviced by another company, and its technician found that Twin Cities Lawn Mower and Snow Blower Repair hadn't properly cleaned the snow blower and had install a gasket of the wrong size.

Good service, very accommodating.

They prepared it for the snow season.

They were unresponsive and I couldn't’t get an answer from them on what their hours were. I was very disappointed.

His service was great. He did a nice job. He was very professional. He tried the snowblower while I was there and it worked good. I would recommend him to others.

Bought coupon but had to email and call several times to talk to anyone. Then he told me he would contact me when he could pick it up and then emailed me that he couldn't pick it up.

The Big Deal I purchased for a snow blower tune up clearly states that pick up and delivery service is available, and to please call them for details. I called multiple times over the course of 2 weeks during their stated buisness hours and they never answered the phone. I also left multiple messages, none of which were returned. Against my better judgement I took time off from work this morning, loaded my snowblower into the trunk of my car, and drove it to the buisness myself. The automated message I had received from them via Angie's List after I purchased the big deal said they were open Mon - Fri from 9am to 3pm, and the snowblower could be dropped off anytime during those hours. I arrived at 10am (Friday), and guess what...doors were locked, no one was there. This is ridiculous. I want my money back.

They never picked up the snow blower. Multiple phone calls and several conversations. After 2 weeks, I took it somewhere else.
