It was picked up and returned in a few days, right when a snow storm was expected. It worked beautifully the next day, and I appreciated a little education he gave me about the snowblower. I really appreciated this company and the work done for me. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

they were a no show, no call, no show, no follow-up to let us know why they arranged to pick up our snowblower but did not show. our snowblower sat outside all day and could have been stolen.

If you deal with the dad, he is normal. If you deal with the sons, they're not. So, you have to talk to the dad. They do good work. They know what they're doing. They're not reasonable if you want to pick your stuff up or drop your stuff off because they're not there at the normal time. They don't have business hours or anything like that. The turn around time is really quick if you can sit there and wait in the corner.

The tune up took about a week to complete and was done when he said it would be.

Small shop, retired indl, also a U Haul rental shop. Super nice guy, quick turn around time.

Although it was a little difficult to arrange transport for the snow blower to the repair shop initially once the problem was resolved everything went smoothly and the snow blower was returned working like new.

Told it would be done in a few days....took 3 weeks

They did a great job, very professional, timely, followed up via telephone. Services were rendered as agreed upon, blower is in excellent working order. Would highly recommend.

Everything went as expected. Performed the service quickly and effectively. The shop is quite a "hole in the wall" but Jim was helpful and knowledgable. I would use him again.

They contacted me shortly after I purchased the Big Deal and we were able to quickly schedule the tuneup. They promptly finished the job and picked up & dropped off the snow blower from my home for an additional charge.

The business was not open or responsive for equipment drop off.

We spoke two days ago, and agreed to meet today to deliver my equipment. He was not at his shop, which doesn't look much like a shop at all.

The work itself was excellently done. The snow blower starts and runs like new. My only qualm was the spotty communication. The owner was personable and courteous and communicated what would be done and how much it would cost clearly and accurately. The problem was there was a very rudimentary tracking/claim check system ("rudimentary system" is overstating it a bit, I suspect the owner pretty much kept the information in his head) and there was no follow-up regarding the work being completed and the unit ready to be picked up/delivered. If one is looking for/expecting a "professional repair shop experience", this probably won't be the place to find it. Don't get me wrong: the finished product was great but the informal (at best) business practice was a little unnerving at first. I finally had to stop by the shop (a former neighborhood corner gas station) several times before I found someone there (phone messages were not returned -- I'm not sure if they were actually recorded or not.) But with perseverance and patience, when I needed the snow blower back and working, it was there.

It was fine. The work that they did was good. They listened well and finished work well ahead of schedule.

They offered a quick service and the work was well done. There were no issues scheduling with them.

It went well. Scheduling was pretty easy. They sent one technician and he was punctual and professional. He picked up the mower, repaired it, and then brought 2 weeks later when I needed it. The service made our mower work better.

They do fine. I will use them again definitely.

These guys did an INCREDIBLE tune-up on my older 2 stage snow-blower. They also fixed my recoil for an extra (reasonable) fee. My snowblower ran better than it ever has in the past years (which was great with this past winter we had). Their "work garage" on the corner of 34th, may not look like much, but don't judge a book by its cover. The work done is wonderful. I would definitely use these guys again.

He was a very angry man. I took my snow blower in to be fixed. When I picked it up they did not turn it on to show me that it was working and when I go tit homeit did not work.

I dropped it off and they said it'd be ready in a week. It took longer than expected but the son of the owner eventually brought my mower back to me -- and even mowed my lawn! The lawn mower is running well now.

I'm sure the actual work was fine. My issue was with the service and response to my multiple phone calls and emails. Basically, there wasn't a response. I'm sure Jim is a great guy, and was simply overwhelmed with additional work due to the success of this deal. That being said, I had a hard time reaching ANYONE to schedule a pick up of my snowblower. I paid the initial $55 online when accepting this offer. I called the phone number and left messages multiple times to schedule a pick up, but no one called me back. I also emailed, but no one responded to my emails. To actually reach a person, I would then call at various times throughout the day to try to actually speak with someone. I finally got to the point where I complained to Angie's List and was in the process of getting my $55 reimbursed, when I finally spoke with Jim. He apologized, scheduled the pick up of my snowblower, delivered it when it was completed. The snowblower worked fine this winter. Thank goodness I got it back before the snow really kicked in this winter. I will not use this provider again due to the complete lack of customer service.

They were not able to pick up the snow blower, but once I found someone who could drop it off for me the service was quick. The snow blower ran well all winter.

No one called and no one showed up to pick up the snow blower. I even called hem to remind them. This was over a year ago.

After several efforts to contact and a couple of conversations, my repair has still not been completed. They were going to charge me more than the cost of the service to pick up and deliver.
