Description of Work: I bought a "special" seasonal tune up from Angie's list promotion. It was supposed to be right in my area. There was no way to know what the business was until after I had paid. I trusted Angie's list to be accurate. After having paid, finding out that they had sold me a tune up for a lawnmower or snow blower, which I would have to drive almost an hour to get to, was a great disappointment and gave me a very skeptical feeling about Angie's list. I still have not used this promotional "opportunity". I do feel that Angie's list failed me on this one! No reflection one way or the other on the business concern though.

Description of Work: It was nice to be able to pay extra to have them pick up and drop off my snow blower for the tune up.

Description of Work: His work was okay. The lawn mower didn't really start and he didn't check it. He just kind of did it on his own and told me to come pick it up.

Description of Work: They didn't do the work and made it clear that they could not do the work due to the lawn mower not functioning properly. I give an A for their integrity.

Description of Work: I asked for a general tune-up and told them that there were throttle issues with my mower in that it wasn't staying wide-open for a strong cutting job on the grass. Also, I wanted them to put on new back tires and fix the clutch, but this wasn't done and no explanation of this was made. Like they didn't even remember my request when I dropped it off for the repairs.

Description of Work: Overall it was a great experience. I called them and on the same day they said bring it in and had it fixed for me by late in that same afternoon. They were both very nice and easy to deal with. My only confusion came from price. I paid about $75 for the deal and then was told the cost would be $40. I asked if that was on top of Angie's List deal and he asked for $20 instead. I ended up giving him an extra $10 ($30 total) because he was so fast and nice, plus it was nearly the holidays, but a little better explanation would have been helpful. Overall a great experience though and would use them again for sure!
