Description of Work: Tuned up a lawn mower and snow blower. Services included oil change, new spark plug, drained gas, prepared for use during the next season. Items were brought in on a Tuesday afternoon and ready to pick up on Saturday morning. Snow blower worked great during the winter.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from this company for $55 for a snowblower or lawn mower tune up. It turned out fine. I went to them to fix my snow blower. It took them about 3 weeks to complete; there was a part that broken. They were very nice. I had to contact them to see if my snow blower was finished and I was a little frustrated with that. I did also have to pay $12 for the part that they fixed.

Description of Work: I called immediately after I purchased the deal and was connected to Jim who seemed to be caught off guard and wasn't in front of his computer to make an appointment so he said he would call me back. A week and half later and he still hasn't called I try him again (try to leave a voicemail and it is full)...no luck several times in calling. Then I get an email from them saying thank you for purchasing the deal and to call to make an appointment (a general email all buyers likely got). Try calling again and no luck. So I respond to the email and they say they will call me back. Another week goes by with no call. I email again with a little frustration for why they haven't called me. No response. They are a completely unreliable company.
