Excellent work

The service from Kristiaan went extremely well. Kristiaan and his team were extremely professional, and they clearly know their way around installing IKEA kitchens. The communication prior to the work and and during the work was wonderful, and the resulting product looks great. From installing the cabinets, to cutting all the cover panels and additional work to trim out the boxes to make it look like a finished product, the team at Avex did a great job. Kristiaan clearly explained to me the work he was going to do, and then executed. The team also did a great job culling out a couple of damaged doors that were delivered from IKEA and I was able to run to IKEA to exchange rather than just installing them and hoping we didnt notice. I discussed my project with a few IKEA installers in the area (including the company that IKEA contracts for the design work if you get the measure/design services in stoor), and Avex made me feel most comfortable, and I am glad I went with them. I strongly recommend Avex, and would definitely hire them again in a heartbeat.

We appreciated Kristiaan's expertise in creating the kitchen remodel design, and his excellent work in installing the IKEA cabinets, which included some custom work. We especially appreciated how responsive he was to our questions and how committed he was to providing good service.

Kristiaan made the whole process super easy. Once we agreed on the layout and design he provided me a pick list that I took to IKEA to order the cabinets and he did the install as soon as all the cabinets were delivered. I had a custom cabinet I needed build around a huge pole in my loft and he did that flawlessly and I couldn't be happier with the whole result. I would definitely recommend Avex and I thought his prices were excellent too.

Fantastic! I could not recommend Kristiaan more highly! He has been installing IKEA cabinets for 20 plus years and it definitely shows. He not only helped me with design ideas (and navigating IKEA's not so user friendly design application), but he also did a fantastic job installing the cabinets. Kristiaan was friendly, always very respectful of my time and always cleaned up after himself. He went above and beyond with spending extra time customizing my cabinets. He was responsive to any concerns I had and even visited the IKEA showroom with me to make sure I was ordering the correct items. In fact he visited IKEA a number of times on my behalf which I was very appreciative for. Kristiaan also did the demo of my kitchen for me at a reasonable price and was available to recommend other contractors for me to complete my kitchen. The kitchen looks fantastic and we couldn't be more happy. Thank you, Kristiaan!

After placing the order for the materials and getting delivery, Kristiaan began work. We were concerned about the new flooring as well as the timeline since the units were for sale. Kristiaan assured us that he could do the work in a timely fashion and maintain the flooring. He delivered big time. The results are spectacular. He demoed the old kitchens, prepared the space for the new cabinets, and installed everything with great care. The precision of the work is outstanding, and the level of attention to detail is beyond our expectations. These kitchens have added great value to our units and I would be proud to have them in my home. Kristiaan installed the microwave hood and placed the other appliances so we could continue to show the property for sale. I have already gotten great feedback on the units. In short, you should hire Kristiaan for your kitchen design and installation. He was incredibly professional, attentive and accommodating. Best contractor I have ever worked with. Value for the price was incredible. Two kitchen installs for $5000. Fantastic.
