He was great to work with. He did the work by himself and I would recommend him. The cost was competitive.

Was very responsive to email and phone communication. Did not try to sell me a fancier boiler than we needed, or any other unneeded products. Service was fast, clean, courteous, and $3000 cheaper than the next closest bid.

Ben and his two-man crew said that they would be at my office at 7:00 am on a Monday morning to begin work. They were right on time. Their first task was to lay down tarp on both the main and second floors to keep the carpeting clean. So, immediately, they made a positive impression. They had to install five AC heads indoors and the two main compressors outdoors. They all worked efficiently and diligently and courteously tried to be as less of an intrusion as possible. Ben made a point of letting me know his status and progress along the way. Initially, he thought they could complete the job in one day, but by the end of the day it was obvious that they would have to return the next morning to finish. And he did so, again, right on time. Once the project was completed, Ben instructed all four of us individually on the operation of the units. I was impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of Stern Heating and Cooling and would highly recommend them. I would definitely contact them in the future for any similar work.

Ben Stern and his co-worker did an excellent job of installing the humdifier and pump. I am very satisifed with the workmanship. They were a bit late in arriving, but very fast and efficient in completing the installation in less than 2 hours. They were very responsive to my questions. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them.

Ben Stern’s work is really good and the pricing is reasonable. He does things very quickly which is impressive, and gets back to us right away if we have any issues or problems.
