Fred, the owner, showed up a couple of days after I contacted him through the company website. He gave me a quote, in writing, and we settled on a day for the work. Since the trees were about to leaf, time was pretty critical. Dwight and Josh arrived right on schedule and got after the hard stuff first. One of the trees was leaning over my garage and would have been nearly impossible for me to trim without taking out my brand new garage fireplace chimney. Two trees were tangled in a couple of pine trees that we really wanted to save. Two large maples were overshadowing the house and were towering over two smaller maples we also wanted to save. They worked hard, all day, and did a beautiful job on the two trees we wanted to save (the large maples). After they finished cleaning up, the yard looked better than it did before they arrived. Fred emailed the invoice a couple of days later and it was exactly what he'd quoted. The Blitz truck and gear is top-notch. Dwight and Josh were in constant communication with Bluetooth headsets, while wearing professional hearing protection. Our trees were not in a location where the bucket could be used for much of the job, but Dwight was as well-secured as a fireman while he scaled our trees. They chipped the hundreds of branches and disposed of all of that rubble for us and cleaned the yard with a leaf blower.
