Tracer Landscape and Concrete

Tracer determined a dry creek bed would correct the wet area in our back yard. They completed the work, adding a rock pile in front of the dry creek bed, which was not agreed upon. This solution did not fix the problem. Our back yard is still wet, grass does not grow and it is very unsightly. When we contacted Tracer landscaping they were resistive to listen and correct the problem stating it was not their issue. The representative has abandoned our project, has not returned phone calls and we are seeking a different landscaping company for help to correct. Our back yard is a mess! The french drain was not installed correctly and we struggled to get sod to grow. Again Tracer landscaping stated it was not their problem. I would not recommend this landscaping company for any project.

This is a repeat review - my previous posting (11/16/2016) did not include the "after" pictures, which really show the fantastic work and impact of the work done. A year later, I still am thrilled with how everything looks.

Excellent! I am extremely pleased with the work that Tracer Landscape completed! All of my neighbors have commented how fantastic my front entrance looks - Tracer literally transformed the curb appeal of my home. I had several estimates for this work, and Travis was by far the most knowledgeable, understandable and easy to work with. He did a great job of listening to my ideas and blending that with his expertise, both aesthetically and functionally. He also pointed out a landscape grading problem along my garage - and his cost to remedy this was almost negligible and likely saved me significant future foundation repair. This knowledge of how to rework my gutters so they wouldn't drain on the sidewalk resulted in not just a better looking entrance, but a side walk free of hazardous ice and gutter trip hazards. I'm very thankful for him going beyond my basic request on the sidewalk replacement. Throughout the project, Travis kept in excellent communication as we navigated weather issues (unavoidable!) and as we fine tuned color choices and landscape options. Although this was a relatively small project, I felt like I was given priority and complete focus of Travis and his crew. The attention to detail that Tracer does their work is amazing. Take a look at the pictures posted and notice how 'cleaned up' the gutters look. Also take note of how the landscape edging lines up with the sidewalk seam - just one of the little details that made this all look so sharp!

Travis and his crew are great. They are very professional and easy to work with. Travis did a great job of providing his knowledge and expertise to the project and we could not be happier wit the end result.
