Exceptional from Start to Finish!!! Imagine having extensive hail damage to your roof and water pouring into your house. Think about local contractors never returning your calls despite impending storms. Envision contacting a locally-assigned ‘national company’ promising to send out a representative. When they arrive the following day (without a ladder and borrowing ours), they damage your gutters and say it is too dangerous. They promise their crew will get back to you the following day, but it never occurs. Finally, with storms again heading our way, and no other options available, you begin filling out online requests for services at 5:15 AM and 10 minutes later received a return email from Jason. He immediately diverted a crew to our residence and they arrived at 10 AM the following morning. Despite multiple bee stings from an unknown hornet’s nest, they tarped the roof to prevent further damage. When more torrential rains were approaching, Jason himself came out and more extensively tarped the roof to ensure the integrity of the interior of our house. Jason agreed to be present when our insurance representative came and explained everything to us in detail. His description of what would occur was exact to our experience. His crew was extremely hard-working with excellent attention to detail. The price and quality of their craftsmanship was excellent. He gave us a wonderful idea for our siding, and we are absolutely in love with it! The crew was very courteous, paid great attention to detail, and the clean up was impeccable. New look for NE Minneapolis home! This project began when a tree fell on our electrical wires, pulling them off the house along with some of the siding. I interviewed three contractors to educate myself about siding and insurance claims. Jason was very knowledgeable and explained a lot about both siding and insurance. I liked that he was a small business and we would deal directly with him as the owner. Of the contractors I talked to, I also felt the most confident about his ability to work effectively with us and the insurance company. Jason and his crew were great to work with. He was very accommodating of our schedule and communicated very well with us, responding quickly to questions. And the house looks fantastic!

Jason gave us a fair bid and was easy to work with from start to finish. Due to an emergency elsewhere, workers started a little late the first day. (not a problem for me) Roof needed additional sheeting to meet current code, and we were told about that as soon as the issue was discovered (could not know til shingles were off). Workers were friendly, courteous, helpful. Cleanup was exceptional. I would recommend this company.

Jason, his wife Stacie, and their crew of workers whom work with them are honest people, and they will do everything/ anything that they can to make sure that their clients are beyond happy with the final results of the repairs being completed for the homeowners. I know sometimes working for my husband can be a bit of challenge because he has high expectations of things being completed by a certain date, and an action plan to be executed with precision and precise detail, since his is a professional landscaper. Sometimes my husband can be a bit impatient, but Jason made sure to always be in contact with him when ever he had an inquiry or concern. Whether it was an email, phone call, or even a meeting face to face to discuss the next steps to have the repairs on our home being completed Jason way always open in discussing everything with his clients even if it meant have multiple meetings to go over things. My husband and I found out about Jason and Stacie's company because many people in our neighborhood had them complete siding repair, install new roofs, and gutters. Each of the neighbors that Jason, Stacie, and their crew of people to complete the work were happy with the final outcome of their homes being completed.
